Excellent, efficient and friendly staff. Ideal for our requirement which was a one night stay to attend a nearby wedding.

very nice place with a nice staff that are concerned about you wellbeing from start to finish. 4 start hotel at a 2 star price. enjoy the resturant with the large range of local delicassies and the complementary breakfast included in the room price :o)

The overall location,the friendly staff and the excellent food.

The bathroom was a little short on room,but was very clean and well furnished.

The room was too warm, even whilst we had the radiator off and window wide open all night it was uncomfortably too hot to sleep. I paid for a double room but we got two twin bed joined which was not great having a split in the middle. Having returned from a wedding late at night, it was too late to exhange or complain. However the room was standard and overly priced.

We have used Priory Inn many times as a base for both business and pleasure and have always thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent food and lovely staff. The new garden area will be a real bonus.

Cramped,badly designed bathroom .

Very friendly staff who were obliging in every way, always a smile, always polite. Food was of a very good standard.Good to see management taking a hands-on role.

A very minor thing, but I did report that there was no BBC signal on our 1st. night, to be assured that it would be dealt with. It wasn't!! I would rather have been told that there was a problem than to be fobbed off with assurances. The little things count!!!!

Rooms were excellent with nice touches like the bag with bathroom bits that one might have forgotten, the free mineral water, tissues homemade biscuits and hand lotion. Huge bed. The waitress who looked after us was brilliant esp when there was no room for us to have a drink before our meal and we had to go back to our room. Drinks were brought to us. She saved the day. The food was lovely too

Nowhere for guests to sit and have a quiet drink before their meal. WiFi should be free really to guests

We liked when we went for breakfast the open fire. It was beautiful and the breakfast was lovely

The fact we were only staying for 1 night so didn't have a chance to use the facilities or to look round tetbury.

I liked the friendly staff and the warm welcome. I liked the room - it was well appointed and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and the dining room with open fire was a great feature of the hotel.

All the staff, were and excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I have been coming for years now and usually to visit a friend in Cirencester. What can I say about the FOOD .....absolutley the best Pizza's I have ever tasted, the alesare second to none and the prices of food, very good indeed.In the Summer it will be even better as they are, at the moment having all the front of their establishment made even better for ' A PINT OF REAL ALE AND A WONDERFULLY COOKED PIZZA, please go and proveme wrong......you won't, !!!! The beds are wonderfully comfortable and this is from me, who has a spine that is full of rheumatoid arthritis! I tell you that the roomsare very clean and little extras in the bathrooms, are all very sweet!!! Bottled water and lovely little locally hand made biscuits, all add to the wonderful welcome waiting for you at The Priory in Tetbury , along with a smile, hopefully ...very soon some sunshine! The fact that I HAD to come home! Although, it is a must for us all, I really enjoy my little breaks away and Tetbury has something for everybody.

Restaurant good. Good breakfast. Good location for shops in Tetbury. Good location for Cirencester. LInen/towels good.

Rooms a little tired but spacious. Bathroom needed updating. Spartan room. Bad draft from window. For those not having cooked breakfast, lack of fruit.

The bathroom was almost impossible to turn round in, there was mould on the ceiling, and the walls were so thin it was as if we were sharing with the couple next door. Certainly only worth what we paid which was discounted.

Unaware that the hotel was currently a building site. Indifferent breakfast compared to previous stays. Lack of china and cutlery. Only one knife for eating fruit, cooked breakfast and toast and marmalade. Coffee presented in mugs, one of which was dirty.

It was warm and the room comfortable. It is very good value for money.

The hotel is getting a little tired, especially the floor coverings. The restaurant staff did not bring my husband what he had ordered for breakfast. It was ok in the end.

Everything! The greeting on arrival, the atmosphere, first class staff, food and wonderful breakfast - and the price!

The bed was a little too firm for our liking but we still slept well.

Friendly, helpful staff; clean and comfortable room; good location near to town and shops; excellent breakfast (served until 10.30!); very good choice of food for evening meal - very high quality; large king size bed; tea and coffee making facilities+water in room; car parking on site; excellent value for money.

No complaints - would stay here again. Only problem was long wait for breakfast on Sunday - staff very apologetic.

Staff were friendly.

Due to very poor weather we were unable to get to the hotel on the first day of the booking. The hotel was unwilling to offer any reduction for the room booking, even a token gesture would have been appreciated. Given the demonstrable appalling weather conditions I feel this is unreasonable and consequently am unlikely to visit this establishment again.

Friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. Liked the ethic of sourcing all food within 30mile radius. Warm and buzzy atmosphere even in early January.

Hair Dryer, Iron and board, Shower all a good standard (no cutting corners). Breakfast was lovely and the staff all very nice and welcoming. The hotel was not full so they were able to be flexible about check in time which was very helpful.

Price was a bit over our budget and the price of the room actualy went down 20£ after booking with Booking.com but I was unable to get a better price as my room was already booked...
