Very welcoming and accommodating. Delicious breakfast and they cooked gluten-free sausage especially for me as I am coeliac. The view of the bay from our bedroom was magnificent and the restaurants recommended were excellent value with brilliant food. Definitely will return.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculately clean. The breakfast was excellent and all made with quality ingredients (fresh tomatoes and mushrooms). All breakfasts were cooked to order so everything was nice and hot. If you are very particular like me you will notice that the cutlery and glasses etc are all polished and spotless clean. They are people who take pride in the services they provide and no corners are cut. We will be back there soon.

A high quality venue all round. Delicious breakfast, lovely stylish rooms, friendly welcome. High standard, immaculate finish - even the little jam and marmalade pots were gleaming. Have stayed in expensive hotels which do not match up to the high quality standard set at Promenad. Well done Hayden and Vanessa - will defininetly come and stay again.

Un accueil très chaleureux, Haydn et Vanessa étaient aux petits soins pour nous, et nous ont très bien conseillés pour les visites et pour les restaurants. Situation très agréable, juste au bord de mer, vue sur les levers de soleil, et tout près du centre de Llandudno aussi. A recommander !

Clean, contemporary, good sized rooms and parking permit for leaving car outside hotel. Friendly and helpful owners who rang me to say room booked on site not available and explained why. Offered alternative at same price and advised of stairs before I confirmed my booking. Thought that was very helpful and considerate. Even carried the luggage up for us! Older people may have a problem with the steps, most rooms require a climb of some kind. Didnt bother us but might be a problem for others.

We stayed in the Promenad for three nights and it was extremely comfortable, clean and welcoming. When we booked I knew we were on the top floor and would stay at this B&B again but probably go for a room lower down. It was three flights of stairs and I found it hard carrying the luggage up and down.
