The entrance, reception, lounge and dining areas are situated on the ground floor. There are a further 3 floors, each comprising of 4 bedrooms, which are accessed via a staircase with balustrade between each floor

Rooms are clearly marked with the room number.
There is good colour contrast to floor, walls and doorways.
Assistance dogs are welcome.

Fantastic location - right on the promenade, clean & comfy tasteful rooms, warm welcome, attentive proprietors & good breakfast. There was no allocated parking - thought this might be a problem but it wasn't as we could easily park on the promenade nearby. |

A relaxed atmosphere.and a warm welcome.the hotel is ideally situated for the beach shopping. No parking facilities, a bit noisy in the morning when other guests used their bathrooms ie; running water, my bed was a bit lumpy. |

The comfortable bed. And tea and coffee facilities in the room. Also the breakfast was very good We paid £69 which we thought was expensive when we saw hotels advertising more facilities at a cheaper rate. |

Our stay was excellent, A friendly welcome, help to carry cases to room, which was one of the cleanest we have come across in a hotel for a long time, and could not find anywhere in the Hotel that looked tatty, every where was spotless, and the breakfast was also excellent and set us up for the day. |

A friendly welcome from Hayden and Vanessa was great at the end of a very long drive. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was lovely.....much better than some so called high end hotels ive had to stay in for work. I will definately be using again. Thankyou :o) |

This hotel was fantastic, the owner made us feel very welcome and were more than helpfull in everything we needed to know. If there were gold medal for running hotels, these people would win it hands down. There was nothing we disliked about our experience at this hotel. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was on the seafront which my little boy loved. Only that the family rooms were on the top floor and with 2 small children it was hard work. |

We really enjoyed our stay in hotel Promenad! Vanessa and Haydn were very friendly and helpful, the real english breakfest was excellent (high quality of local products, fresh fruits), the sea view from our room as well as from the breakfest lounge breathtaking. The rooms are spotless even with some welsh fair trade tea, chocolate and welsh water! The location is great, very calm and relaxed. |

Nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a very good position to explore the town and having the sea view was great. We definately would return in the future. Room was a little cold in the evening and parking is not easy. |

Nice room with beautiful sea views, Food and service excellent. Very warm and friendly managers, nothing too much trouble. A very relaxing holiday. The hotel is attractive and very well maintained. |
