No frills, good value for money with very friendly and helpful young staff. Very convenient for watching tennis at Braehead Arena! Possibly could have had more healthy options for dinner! |

Pleasant and comfortable rooms. Excellent shower. Good location for Braehead Arena (10-15 minutes walking). Friendly staff. A couple of minor issues. On arrival the receptionist tried to charge more than double the amount due for our 4 night stay to my debit card (a genuine error but a shock non the less!). Room keycards were only set up for 1 night and we had to have them re-set on the 2nd evening. |

Our rooms were generously sized, comfortable and clean. We found the staff to be helpful and efficient. All in all, very good value for money! |

Friendly and helpful welcome at check-in. Room was very comfortable with ample space and large comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities in room, also hair dryer and internet connections. Bathroom was clean and bright with a very good shower - including a shower seat for the elderly / handicapped. The whole hotel was well kept and looked clean and inviting. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. A modern feel to the hotel, a clean and comfortable room and a wonderful breakfast. Was hard to find initially, could see it but took a while to find a way to it... just head for Ikea! |

The accessibility to the Braehead arena/shopping centre. Local transport facilities was excellent. Reasonable prices for food. Felt bar was overpriced considering it was located in Scotland. |

The outstanding feature is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A factor that was of no direct benefit to me but impressed me was the allocation to ladies of the car parking spaces nearest to the door. |

Nice new clean rooms. They lost my reservation (lucky they weren't full), the elevator was not working and the a/c was not working. Ask for a quiet room at the back of the hotel (my room was right over the entrance so with the window open, I could hear all the smokers outside and the taxis coming and going. |

Friendliness of the staff. Assistance when getting directions and information on local places of interest. The air-conditioning was not good but we were assured that this was a technical fault in one of the bedrooms and was been attended to. So hopefully on my next visit this will have been fixed. |

Handy for Braehead shopping and access to motorway and Clyde tunnel. It was not very near the airport and there was no curtesy bus to the airport. |

Location is terrible its actually in an industrial estate, no room service, small bed, sheets had disgusting brown stains on them, smelly room, no food served until after 6pm, ikea the only local option for food, band rehearsing (badly) all morning in a nearby room, couple on the 2nd floor making lots of noise, girl in skimpy school uniform by a window causing my husband to walk into a poll, |
