Its location which is close to the All England Lawn Tennis And Croquet Club ie. Wimbledon Tennis Championships. The building itself is not very nice. |

The hotel was very conveniantly located just two stops from wimbledon which was the purpose of my stay. The location and rooms were ok but not worth the price at all. The shower! No water pressure.... I could have had a better shower in the rain!! |

The staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. Location was just perfect for visiting Wimbledon, I would not hesitate to use again for during Wimbledon. Only thing is the view and traffic noise, but not really much you can do about that! |

The staff coundn't have been more courteous, helpfull and friendly. Service was excellent even during very busy breakfast(weekend before the Wimbledon tournament but coped admirably). Room was spotless.We had sixth floor room with view of river. Great weekend! Car parking was expensive but that is London. |

We were on an 11 day vacation in the uk. We stayed four nights at this hotel and our stay was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location next to the tube station was very convenient. |

Staff very welcoming and were also very attentive. Food was good. Rooms clean and tidy.Good location. I did not like children in the bar area late at night. Children were still in the bar area when I left at 11.30pm. I only went in the bar the one night as I like to relax and enjoy adult company. Because of this I had to go outside the hotel for relaxation at night time. Children in the bar is okay at the earlier part of the evening. |

We did not realise that there was a bus treminus right outside the hotel and the noise of the busses throughout the night was disturbing. When booking we did ask for a river facing room on the 6th floor. We did not get the river facing room requested |

The hotel presentation is good, the room is tidy and clean and spacious as well. There is a tube and bus station just a few minutes away of the hotel. Overall its worth staying there with the affordable rate. The hotel is quiet far from the London city centre and took me about half an hour to reach there by taxi. If you are a shopping kind of person, I dont think this hotel will suit you unless you are okay with travelling by tube with a number of connecting tubes required. |

The hotel was very close to the tube station (2 min walk) and the train to the centre of London was very quick. Good for sight seeing and giong out in town. The taxi back to the hotel was reasonable. The receptionist who checked us in was very polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the bathroom was below standard. There were wrappings from the last guest's medication on the bathroom counter when we arrived and litter in the bin in the bathroom. There were also no hand towels provided and there was only one bath towel in the bathroom. The other bath towel was in the wardrobe and smelled of old socks when used. |

It was close to the tube station but be aware only 1 line runs through Putney Bridge and to get into the centre you need to change at Earls Court. |
