Everything was fine in general
Slight Damp smell in the bathroon
Great location Comfortable Friendly Value for money
The spacious family room was perfect for an extended weekend visit to London for a family of four. Bath in bathroom provided extra comfort during the stay.
The general outlook of the hotel is dated. The building seems to have not been kept from outside, and if only judging the hotel by the street view, I would have been hesitant to choose this hotel.
Great location Friendly staff
Rooms not cleaned properly
Near to office
Staff (especially Ms. J. attention) and location are really excellent - 3 stints within 1 month says it all !!!
A longer than 30-minutes free / rolling WiFi would be most welcome, afterall one does not stay in the hotel just for the internet.
Comfortable and clean room. Amazing location in terms of getting to other places in London.
Noise in room from traffic made it difficult to sleep
The Bed was fantastic.
Broadband was very poor. The Signage at Reception for the Restaurant was not evident.
Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location right beside the Putney Bridge Bus and Tube Stations. Excellent breakfast with large choice.
Hopeless WiFi. It takes the whole of the 'free half-hour' provided gratis just to log on. The paid WiFi costs £3 for 24hrs, which is hefty considering that most hotels nowadays offer free WiFI as part of the service, and even then if you have a top floor room there is only intermittent reception.
As a solo traveller the location 2 mins from underground was very convenient and felt very safe. Room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast was normal high Premier Inn standard with plenty of choice
I booked the room for 3 nights and I was happy with the fare but according to some unwanted change in my schedule I had to stay 2 more nights in your hotel but could afford lower fare in chipper room which was not in hotel's policy.
I wished if premie inn could offer a cheaper room to me for the 2 nights .
*You should have free wifi. I don't think guess will stay and use WIFI all day. *No refrigerator *Extra bed is too hard
Good location, good area. Just over the bridge some very good restaurants. Close to river and Thames Path f a good walk.
WIFI in this day and age should be free. For price breakfast should be included. Limited facilities in room no iron, no bottle water, 2 sachets of coffee ,tea bags. Not one sports channel available. For £264 for 2 nights not worth it. Lot better boutique hotels with facilties at less cost available
Beds were comfy
Public Loos were smelly and in desperate need of a good deep clean, the smell could be smelt from the reception area.
Big room Friendly staff Great breakfast
Room not ready even though we arrived a couple of hours after the 2pm book in time. Some noise during the night from heating/ventilation. Staff didn't have local knowledge
It was very convenient & well priced
It was fantastic - we thought it was great. 10/10
Paid wifi - but this is a really minor point. 10/10.
Air Conditioning was not working and duvet was very heavy, there was no alternative covers so spent a night of very little sleep due to being too hot!
I have stayed at this hotel 4 times, and each time I have been delighted. This time I was in the "quiet" section as per my request, and I didn't hear a thing. The only problem I found was the bed was a little bit high! (I am only 5foot tall and a pensioner!) from Sally Petersen (ms)
convenient eairly brackfast late evening meal if required
close to station and facilities
needs upgrading looked a bit tired
Friendly reception staff to greet us, very spacious room with a superb bed. Tea and coffee making facilities an unexpected extra. Although we didnt eat in the restaurant there seemed some excellent value deals if you bought an evening meal and breakfast.
Very pricey breakfast! We went to Bill's instead. Thought that the price we paid for not staying in central London was quite steep.
Cheap duvets made you sweat Too much traffic noise
Room size, great location for Tube and Putney High Street, cleanliness, staff helpful
Close to the Tube. About a half hour to central London, but fairly close to nice areas such as Notting Hill. Fairly quiet area. Nice walkway along Thames and over the Putney Bridge. Rooms are comfortable and are good value. I'd stay there again.
