Staff Location Value
Breakfast can be a bit of a scrum
Very comfortable beds!
The standard wifi poor, no connection on the 4th floor.
ability to open window to allow air in the room at night and also to adjust the room thermostat. Ability to switch main lights off from bedside
Fixed head shower. Lavatory paper dispenser. Food mostly excellent but steak and mushroom pie poor. Break fast good selection but Croissants very poor all doughy texture.
All the Staff from Monday to Friday
The restaurant staff on saturday evening
Excellent beds and pillows. Great value as we dont want extra frills but you get the most important things which are a Good nights rest, fast wifi and a good location
Nothing to dislike
We had everything we needed in the room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The whole experience was a very pleasant one.
No toothbrush Sparing furniture in room Small bed for double Little variety in breakfast
Bed - Comfort Bathroom - Shower facilities Restaurant facilities. Staff - Helpful to allocate rooms a little early, as at Wedding at 14.00.
Choice of tea making facilities seemed limited.
I love the restaurant at all the Premier Inn hotels.
Hotel is a bit tired and requires an upgrade.
Convenient location, spacious and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast but not free of charge.
The WiFi. Completely unacceptable in our days to pay 3 GBPounds for 24hours when almost all the hotels offers this service free of charge. Moreover, the quality of the WiFi in this hotel is terrible. It works better as you are closer in the reception. No WiFi on 5th or 6th floor. The 30 minutes free WiFi is ridiculous. It takes about 10 minutes to log on. No refrigerator in the room
We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was in the room considering the busy location of the hotel. We found our stay very pleasant
For the more mature visitors an option to have a room with a step in shower would be appreciated. We found it difficult and a little dangerous stepping over a high sided bath
Comfortable Clean Very amenable staff. Welsh guy on reception during my stay was particularly good service levels.
add-on charge for wi-fi phasing out of room phones no room service
Hotel well-positioned. Emails were reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable. There was a second and third bed however which was much harder and not so comfortable
I and my son slept in the double bed and both got bites overnight. The other beds were hard.
Good size room, nice and clean in a good location
Limited parking spaces, if you aren't in the car park you have to park on single yellow lines
Everything was fine in general
Slight Damp smell in the bathroon
Great location Comfortable Friendly Value for money
The spacious family room was perfect for an extended weekend visit to London for a family of four. Bath in bathroom provided extra comfort during the stay.
The general outlook of the hotel is dated. The building seems to have not been kept from outside, and if only judging the hotel by the street view, I would have been hesitant to choose this hotel.
Great location Friendly staff
Rooms not cleaned properly
Near to office
Staff (especially Ms. J. attention) and location are really excellent - 3 stints within 1 month says it all !!!
A longer than 30-minutes free / rolling WiFi would be most welcome, afterall one does not stay in the hotel just for the internet.
Comfortable and clean room. Amazing location in terms of getting to other places in London.
Noise in room from traffic made it difficult to sleep
The Bed was fantastic.
Broadband was very poor. The Signage at Reception for the Restaurant was not evident.
Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location right beside the Putney Bridge Bus and Tube Stations. Excellent breakfast with large choice.
Hopeless WiFi. It takes the whole of the 'free half-hour' provided gratis just to log on. The paid WiFi costs £3 for 24hrs, which is hefty considering that most hotels nowadays offer free WiFI as part of the service, and even then if you have a top floor room there is only intermittent reception.
As a solo traveller the location 2 mins from underground was very convenient and felt very safe. Room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast was normal high Premier Inn standard with plenty of choice
I booked the room for 3 nights and I was happy with the fare but according to some unwanted change in my schedule I had to stay 2 more nights in your hotel but could afford lower fare in chipper room which was not in hotel's policy.
I wished if premie inn could offer a cheaper room to me for the 2 nights .
