Good sized room (501). Quiet. Good breakfast. Staff helpful Near Metro and local buses. Short walk to Putney High Street

Needed more fresh fruit at breakfast.

The cleanliness of the hotel in general was very good.Reception were helpfull in relation to geting a taxi and confirming the price of it for journey.Rooms were nice and cosy.

On my arrival to reception I checked in,my lazer card was swiped three times and machine said it was declined each time.As a result I had to take cash outa the pass machine @ a charge of £8.20 for £200. All while my friends waited for me. I also tryed my credit card with same result. Yet when i checked my account when i got home on the tuesday the three payements were still hanging in my account.As a result i cancelled my card for piece of mind,replacementr card 5.60euro. Very stressfull after my break .

Enjoyed the reliability of the hotel service - you get what you have paid for. Staff friendly and helpful, booking taxis etc; rooms very clean and spacious for families. Gadgets all worked! Plenty of choice at breakfast where again,the staff were helpful and patient with children. At the evening meal the salads were excellent and the children's menu a reasonable price. Good to have the large park opposite and the river is always a pleasure.

Queuing for the coffee machine was a bit tedious.

Location. very close to bus and underground , about 3 minutes to underground. Direct Bus to city center is in front of the hotel, first station of the Bus. Breakfast is good. we spent 3 days in hotel.

Lot of rooms are in the cellar???faucet for cold and hot water in the bathroom is separated? They may not be mixed??? There is only fix shower in the bath, it is almost impossible to use. Room 31.

Friendly staff on arrival. Helpful and able to answer my questions. Within close proximity to several eating places.

Parking limited at present due to refurbishment.

It is a functional hotel with a wonderfully friendly and efficient young foreign staff, who can't be praised enough. The breakfast is also great!

There were a few small details in the room which did not work. I reported them but they were not fixed during our stay, which was over New Year'S.

Excellent breakfast and location.

Initially put in a room backing on to the lift shaft! Nightmare as no sleep at all that night. However staff were very helpful next morning and arranged a move and a refund. Can't complain about the service but don't stay in room 502!

It was central very close to the tube and the staff were brillant and very friendly. Room was airy ,comfortable and warm. Very pleased with the room.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great and there was no hand shower.

Staff were friendly & helpfull. Room was clean & warm. Food was good.

Had a lovely time at your hotel,was very impressed by nearly everything.The only thing that let you down was the beer in your bar was flat.I Tried 3 different beers,Guinness, Boddington's and Carlsberg(I think) none of them were up to scratch.I Own my own pub so I have a fair idea.But everything else was excellent I.E. Staff, Food etc.I Will definately be coming back.
