The cleanliness of the hotel in general was very good.Reception were helpfull in relation to geting a taxi and confirming the price of it for journey.Rooms were nice and cosy. On my arrival to reception I checked in,my lazer card was swiped three times and machine said it was declined each time.As a result I had to take cash outa the pass machine @ a charge of £8.20 for £200. All while my friends waited for me. I also tryed my credit card with same result. Yet when i checked my account when i got home on the tuesday the three payements were still hanging in my account. As a result i cancelled my card for piece of mind, replacementr card 5.60euro. Very stressfull after my break .

The staff at Premier Inn Putney were absolutely fantastic ... In particular your staff on reception Hiron and Jonilda. I have stayed in hunderds of hotels and have never experienced such warm, friendly and accomodating staff. Always smiles on their faces, very responsive when making requests. Also, your staff in the restaurant were also very friendly, I stayed 2 nights and one night we got back very late and despite it not being on the menu your restaurant agreed to make my 5 year old daughter a cheese sandwich. May not have been a big deal to them but meant everything to me. The room was clean and comfortable and suited our needs for this particular stay. The only downside was the refurb going on .. it was happening outside our room and was very noisy in the morning, however, I do understand this has to happen at some time. Thanks so much, will definitely return when visiting my brother in London again. Rachel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn. It is an attractive, modern hotel and a great value. It is only a 2 minute walk to the Underground Station, which quickly hooks you up to all of London. It's really not very far from the center of London, perhaps a 20-30 minute ride. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with lots of good choices. The staff was helpful in answering our questions about London. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. We would certainly stay here again when in London. The extra bed was a bit hard, and you could feel the springs. The other beds were fine. The fan in the bathroom didn't work.

The good thing s its location is very close to the tube. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming with reasonable services. The view to Thames is very nice as well. The hotel is far away of the centre and other attractive locations. Room quality and serviced shall be rated no more than three stars

Spacious quiet rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly cheerful staff. Superb location. There was no hot water on my first morning and there was no indication in the room on how to ring down to reception so I had to go down in person to find out that there was no likelihood of hot water that morning. The tea and coffee facilities were limited - no decaf coffee, hot chocolate and the milk was unpleasant.

We just came back from one week in London. He booked a family room and we get it at the 5th floor facing Thames River - good choice. The rooms are spacious and beds are good with clean sheets. Hotel location is great 2 minutes walk from Putney Bridge subway station and in case you need to visit Windsor - Lego Land or to use train there is a 15 min walk to the station - very convenient. The breakfast it is as they advert a Break-fest!!!. You will get all assistance you need during stay. I strongly recommend adapting the European model with one tap instead of two. In the Premier Inn Heathrow airport they use the new model.

size of room, helpfulness of the majority of front desk staff. Half. way through our stay there was a problem with our magnetic key not working as we returned to our room from having breakfast in the hotel restaurant. When we asked for help at the front office, the particular employee would not help because we could not prove to him that that was our room. He misspelled our last name on the computer and said that name was not registered. When we asked him in surprise whose name was registered , he said he could not disclose client details. That was the end of it for him. It did not occur to him to go to the room with us to check that indeed our belongings proved we were who we were!!! It is funny now, it was a bit scary at the time, like an episode from the Twilight Zone or a scene from the movie Unknown with Liam Neeson. Eventually a more resourceful colleague came to the rescue.

It was close to my daughter's flat & it was clean. I only slept there though i.e. did not try restaurant It was undergoing serious reconstruction ( of course not highlighted @ booking) and got noisy quite early. I was on the ground floor which is almost below street level & had a great view of the scaffolding.

Very good hotel well worth the money. Close to subway and bus stations. Hard beds. Would be great if you could provide extra mattresses, in order to offer guests an alternative to the hard beds.

Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly and ready to help. Had absolutely no issues staying here. Good value. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice if they offered room service, but I guess this is not this type of hotel. Would highly recommend it though and would definitely stay again! :)

The rooms are big and have a big bed and another small one, that is very convenient. The location is very good, close to tube station and busses. The hotel is bis and spacious. The view on the Thames was great. The internet didnt work properly in room 606. They came up with all kind of explanations, but in the end it can be only one reason, the signal strengths is not enough. They should have known this and give us a room where we have internet all the time and not just occasionally. Very often we had to go down to the bar to use the internet. One night we had no toilet paper...has not been filled up.... Contruction works outside were loud, not from 9-5 as we were told, they started at 8 or 8:30.... There is no fridge in the room. Every decent hotel has fridges.... The bedding has only been changed once, only after I took it off and left it on the floor. International hotels change bedding every day - that is not necessary, but every 3 days during a longer stay would be nice.

We stayed at pipb as it was convenient in attending a party near by The room was clean warm and the bed was very comfortable No frills and not needed This is not a complaint rather an observation regarding admin/house keeping, When we arrived late afternoon for an overnight stay we were fortunate to get the last car parking space. Information re parking was out of date Then my wife and I was given room 59, however when we entered the room it had not been made up and we had to return to reception where we were then allocated another room which was fine
