With a 24-hour front desk and popular restaurant, this modern hotel offers spacious rooms with Wi-Fi access. Premier Inn London Docklands is next to the ExCel Exhibition Center in Royal Victoria Dock....
Score from 977 reviews Very good
Typical Premier Inn. Great Location, clean and modern room. Good value.
I've stayed at the premier inn many times while visiting london. Cleaner than most premier inns. Parking at 18 pounds for 24 hours is not cheap but a healthy facility. Great and friendly staff.
Wifi should be free throughout. Need to keep up certain facilities renovated eg Lift.
Very close to tube. Clean and comfortable. Really tasty food.
The size and comfort of the room is good. A very comfortable bed.
My partner arrived before I did and was not allowed in the room as I had paid on my credit card, which the hotel needed. Why??? When we got to the room, the heating was not on and it was freezing. When my partner phoned reception she was told to wait 10mins and if nothing happened they would send up a fan heater! Clearly not a satisfactory solution, I went down to reception and was given another room. No one offered to help with our luggage, we were just left to get on with it. A lesson needed in Hospitality!!!
Quality of the room friendliness of the staff, quality of the continental breakfast, size of the room, quality of the bathroom
Kettle was not working, reported it and was not fixed for 7 hours. We stayed 4 nights and on one day the room was not cleaned at all. When I reported this the gentleman simply said he would make a note of it but without any apology. Shame as the rest of the stay was faultless
Great Value Staff and Comfort
Easy access to central London. Huge family room with river view.
Good location and comfortable rooms. Excellent cost/benefit relation. Helpful and friendly staff. Underground and bus in 2 min walking distance.
Nothing much near by.
The room is spacious with comfortable bed. Very clean. Many power socket points.
No fridge. Shower gel container bottle is empty and we need to ask for replenishment
There was an excellent manageress named Pash? Professional...attentive and very pleasant to talk to. This person took care of our needs and problems we faced. In 14+? years of staying at this location rarely have we experienced such service as she showed.
Not exactly did'nt like but there is always a problem when so many people of differing cultures/backgrounds get together in one place. Certain staff member's could have been much more friendly and it does not hurt anyone to smile......
Excellent location for transports Great spacious room & very clean
Staff wasn't that welcoming when we arrived.
The room was clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable.
The public areas were slightly shabby and worn. The lifts were also not working during our stay.
Fairly close to an Underground stop. Comfortable, and clean rooms.
Staff should be a little more helpful when London transit changes routes and schedules. Help goes a long way in changing a lousy travel experience into a good one.
Location was ideal, staff were very polite and helpful.Room was very good despite us having requested a river view and did not get one.
The fact that other guests who had booked this hotel after us had paid 10 Pounds less for the sunday night.
location for football was great as ground within walking distance. Bus service to the area also great. Rooms and beds were comfortable
Husband and kids came back after football match and went into the bar, managed to get one drink and then bar closed, asked for 2 cups of coffee to take away and was asked if really wanted them, couldn't wait to get people out of the bar and close up. Breakfast the next morning was also not great, getting tables cleared was slow and cooked breakfast items not replaced when used up, seems very disorganised
This is one of the nicest Premier Inn Hotels.
Hotel was 100yds from Tube Station Our room overlooked the River Thames Nice bar area Excellent cooked breakfast buffet Polite and helpful staff
Building is a bit drab on the outside but don't let that put you off as very clean and tidy on the inside.
Location near bus and undergound is perfect. Room was big, clean and no noise of other guests. Vieuw from the window was nice, looking at the Thames. The english breakfast was good.
The breakfast was not what we expected (while making such a thing about "the Premier Inn breakfast"): all the juices had added water, but then more water than juice !!!! Awful. And we missed the rolls, there were croissants and toast but ...
Everything from friendly staff, to very comfortable, clean and quite room. I was allocated a room in the 6th floor with fantastic panoramic view of the river. The hotel is in perfect location, just across the Putney Bridge you will find large assortments of restaurants and the high street is at walking distance. Wi-Fi was free in the room and connection was quite easy. The underground is few meters away. 5 stars rating, excellent value for money.
We stayed from 21/12 until 23/12. The hotel and staff were excellent and seemed to go above and beyond the call of duty. The room was a good size even with 4 of us in it. Only 2 minutes walk from the tube and a great pub, the 8 bells just behind the hotel. One night our 10yr old daughter managed to sleep walk out of the room, I cannot praise or thank the staff enough for looking after her and returning her to our room keeping her very calm In what was quite a distressing time for her. We will definitely stay here again
Location was good as we attended a wedding in Chelsea. Excellent links to central London with tube station behind hotel. Hotel was typical premier inn, you know what you're getting.
Car parking at £18 per day was excessive and car park was so small that guests parked illegally blocking cars in marked spaces. When the car park is full, the hotel should advise guests of alternatives.
Staff Location Value
Breakfast can be a bit of a scrum
Very comfortable beds!
The standard wifi poor, no connection on the 4th floor.
ability to open window to allow air in the room at night and also to adjust the room thermostat. Ability to switch main lights off from bedside
Fixed head shower. Lavatory paper dispenser. Food mostly excellent but steak and mushroom pie poor. Break fast good selection but Croissants very poor all doughy texture.
All the Staff from Monday to Friday
The restaurant staff on saturday evening
