Good price for proximity to airport. In theory it would be walkable. Cute location. Nice staff.

There's currently construction at the airport so it's not walkable without taking a huge loop.

It was only five minutes to the airport which is why we chose it very handy indeed and would have no hesitation in using the hotel again

location to airport perfect for early check in good price for peace of mind style of hotel parking staff friendliness and helpfulness complimentry breakfast ( made available to us night before as we where leaving early and arrived late a very kind gesture as we had not had time to eat).

nothing though perhaps a bar snack menu would be a good idea. that maybe you could pre order if you knew you would be late

The bed - very low to ground, mattress thin and unpadded springs provided uncomfortable nights. Pillows hard.

Quiet, near the airport, pleasant and helpful staff, large room and good en-suite.

It was a bit of a hike from the rail station with a heavy holdall but that was my problem as I had been told it would take 15 to 20 minutes. I had hoped to catch a bus back but they didn't start until 09.00 hrs.

Great location for the Airport or for Wythenshawe Hospital. Friendly staff. Very elegant and comfortable room which was beautifully clean. Excellent value for money. Good standard Continental breakfast. Overall, thank you for a pleasant stay.

Limited dinner menu and poor quality of food - though it is still better to offer the service than none at all, I would not eat dinner here if I stayed at this hotel again. I agree with previous travellers in that the curtains should be more substantial as it was difficult to sleep past sunrise!

Great proximity to Manchester Airport.

Spacious, warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean, this quaint little hotel was like an oasis in the desert, perfectly located in a nice residential area just eight minutes in a taxi from Manchester Airport. I had a big double room on the ground floor with a looked-like-new bathroom. Free wifi, plenty of electric sockets, tea and coffee and properly laundered crisp white sheets made for a good night's sleep and free continental breakfast next morning served up in the conservatory sent me on my way with a smile. The one lady who greeted me, showed me to my room at well after 11pm, ordered my taxi, kept the breakfast tables stocked and clean and came to tell me my taxi had arrived was charming and smiling. Very impressive all round and such a bargain rate too!

New curtains needed and I couldn't get the tv to work but that was all.

Nothing it was what we expected

Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfy budget accomodation.Excellent continental breakfast or full English at a minimum extra cost. Close to airport so ideal for catching an early plane or as we did staying overnight rather than driving home from a late arrival.

Accomodation was adequate for an overnight stay, the wardrobe space would have been a little small for a longer stay. Also a more modern TV would have nice.

Low beams in the rooms of an old building can't be helped, but the furniture had been arranged to make it awkward to avoid hitting your head. Hotel was never full during the days I stayed, so confused as to why I got given a room right at the top of the stairs. Meal selection for vegetarians was very stodgy (starch-on-starch...). Finally, I accidentally left something behind – but they failed to contact me about it, leaving me to realise myself and phone up afterwards. Even then the first person I spoke to wasn't aware.
