Quality City "Westbridge Wharf Apartments"  

Location, great kitchen, Sky tv

Wardrobe couldn't open all of the way because of bed. Mattress was very thin, no box spring. Shower had mold in it. Stayed for 1 week and had no maid service or refreshing of towels.

apartments were well laid out and the location is a close walk from the city centre.

minimal cutlery is available. the apartment has had some wear and tear that has been patched over rather than fixed properly.

high quality service as well as the comfortable environment!

Bathrooms were good

Staff very unco operative. 3 days stay or 1 day stay u will find Ur apartment clean only when you move inn. Wouldn't even provide you the toilet tissues if they are finished you have to buy them. I booked and paid for 3 days but stayed there for only 1 day. I moved to a hotel . Worst experience for myself.

Well equiped and well appointed, good location.

Completely Self Catering - Room never cleaned, bins never emptied, beds never changed, towels and toilet paper not refreshed. Nice apartment but not Serviced, Beds were old, tired and uncomforatble. To be fair on request they replaced the matress with no argument.

good value for money. Very clean and well equipped apartment. secure parking and very helpful receptions staff. Very central to all shops.

Bed linen very clean but only one pillow each which personally is not enough.

Pros The apartment was very close to city centre and pulic transport. Apartment was very confortable and spaceus.

Cons: The television wasn't working, so needed to get replacement, bathroom needs cleaning because meldew on tiles and also had to buy bath plug would n't be unable to give son a bath as plug not working correctly.

location was good, room was clean, balcony was nice although overlooked by offices which were very close. Basic cooking facilities and a washing machine.

my apartment was overlooked by business premisis. there was a smell outside my apartment and there was no bath. also the photos on the website did not reflect the apartment

I liked the fact that the bedroom and living area was separate. Having young son was able to put him to bed and tv don't disturd him. Shops and buses was close.

No T.v remote though staff did breing another same night. Carpet in bedroom was stained needed to clean before son went to bed..

Op "steenworp" loop afstand van het (winkel) centrum van Leicester. Winkel centrum is de laatste jaren goed opgeknapt, twee jaar terug waren er veel leegstaande winkel panden, deze zijn nu gevuld met leuke winkels. Parkeerplaats voor de auto, is in hetzelfde gebouw, wat erg gemakkelijk is, om even een ritje buiten de stad te maken. Nette, moderne studio appartementen, in een rustige omgeving.

Dit keer hadden we een kamer met wat kleine gebreken, vorige bezoek was een andere kamer uitstekend, blijkbaar was deze kamer een tijdje niet gebruikt, en onderhouden. Receptie zit in een ander gebouw.

Decorating wasn't neat.

Location is great, and the apartment is spacious really liked the fact it was really close to the city centre - 5minutes walk. Building is Secure. Downside - lack of staff - the Staff member on duty upon arrival kept us waiting and chatted on the phone taking no interest the fact we were actually standing there waiting. In the first apartment the bed broke the moment my boyfriend sat down on it where the frame was already unstable and squeaking! This was really shocking for the amount of money I paid. Immediately went to report this and the same person looked like he didnt want to relocate us despite my face expressing the fact that I am highly dissatisfied with everything at that moment. Second apartment was much more nicer than the first one in terms of decor.

Was told to wait and that they call me back which they never! Eventually after he investigated we got a new apartment got reloacted to a different apartment where the bed was better - more sunlight as we were higher up. Pots and pans,cutlery all stained and stunk like curry which put me and my boyfriend off - ended having to go out for dinner instead of wasting my time and energy to scrub and clean them pans and plates when its a job or inspection during room cleaning that should have been done before guests arrive? Bathroom has some mould in it. Room was also very dusty including bed sheets and caused us to itch.

The fact that the kitchen was very poorly equipped. one very small saucepan and one very small frying pan in an apartment that sleeps two and literally only 2 each of everything else plates bowls etc. nothing to put a chop in the oven with some potatoes. on this basis the dishwasher was of no use as there was nothing to put in it. It would be useful to provide a few more utensils so that visitors don't have to think too hard about how to cook a simple meal

Friendly staff. Quality of accommodation. Ease of check-in/out.

Reception not on ground floor.

Ylläpidon täydellinen puuttuminen: paikat hajalla, seinät töhritty, ei keittiövarustusta (yksi viini- ja yksi vesilasi). Ei tuntenut oloaan tervetulleeksi: ei vessapaperia, ei saippuaa, ei tiskiharjaa/sientä, jne, mutta ruokapöydälle oli unohtunut torakkakarkoite.

The only thing I like about this apartments is very close to the central city in Leicester.

First when I've entered my room, there was awful smell and lots of fly flying around the room. When I've opened the balcony I saw plenty of used cigarettes on the ground. The room walls were dirty with fat and God knows what else.

Everything but the hairs on the bath, the black mould on the tile grouting, the temperamental lift, the front door that lost its handle. Oh, and there were no egg cups. Apart from that I really liked it and would stay again. One thing though, to describe a grauated ledge as a balconey is over egging the pudding rather. All best.
