The location and general peace and quiet were just right, and the very nice bathroom enhanced our stay Smell of fish glue (?) pervading the room, microwave did not work, TV control not very effective; no visitors allowed (wwe would have liked to bring gradchildren in for an hour or two) |

Amazing views, great value and exactly what we needed. Well done Booking.com I did not mind paying the deposit on the day, but wish it was noted down when I booked originally. |

It is good if you are planning to stay close to the city centre. I had to use my mobile phone to call for receptionist! I could not use the internet but might be because my laptop did not pick up the signal. It was strange as I never had it before or after staying in this apartment. There was no office with internet anywhere in the building as alternative. I felt let down!I checked the prices with the others and it seems I did not save any penny by staying there! |

The room was much smaller than anticipated with a very small TV as opposed to the Plasma advertised. It was basically a double bed in a kitchen. VERY VERY noisy outside in the morning with bottle recycling trucks and traffic. |

Its location The bed was so uncomforatble had ot put the mattress on the floor as the wooden boards suporting hte bed were out of place ,also the matress had no support, glad I was only staying 2 nights . The Fire Alarm going off most of Thursday afternoon was most annoying when trying ot relax after shopping |

The atmosphere, ambience was excellent with no disturbance. The area seemed to be safe and just 5min walk from city centre. Minimum complimentary snack items should have been kept for the inmates to consume so that they do not have to go & buy as soon as they arrive . |

It was quiet and in the place we wanted to be. It gave the freedom to cook or eat out. As a family we had a sitting room as well as bedrooms so could be together all the time. The only criticism is there was only one bath towel between three of us. |

The range of facilities--from the hob, fridge, and washer/dryer to cups, cutlery and pots/pans--was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was a nice addition. The area was quiet, historical, cozy, safe, yet close to the city centre. The kitchenette was pristine-clean, like new, except for some caked-on soap in the washer/dryer from someone's previous (mis)use of this appliance. The greatest thing about your apartments is that you well deserve your rating, unlike so many hotels elsewhere (which shall remain unnamed). I was very pleasantly surprised, and so were my colleagues who saw the room! (1) The reception area was unmanned when I arrived, even though it was between 3:30 and 6pm, hours during which a sign on the door indicated that someone would be there. It was here that I learned my overseas phone did not work in Britain; this was an uncomfortable hour or so that I waited . (2) It was difficult to adjust the heating/cooling unit, during a period in which it was sometimes hot and sometimes cooler. (3) The bathroom facilties were straight from an interior design catalogue, so I did not understand the presence of some mildew around the edge of the bathtub. (4) Include washer/dryer instructions. There was caked-on soap in a washer compartment, suggesting that the previous user did not know what s/he was doing. |

I stayed in a one bed self contained apartment. It was modern, with a balcony overlooking the City or waterway. What I liked was that once being given the key you were not pestered again. The apartment had a fully fitted kitchen, living room area, pleasant bedroom and bathroom, all very clean. It is part of a building with owner occupiers as well as short stay, like myself. It is within easy walking distance of eating establishments. Also you can get a secure carparking space. For this type of stay I would highly recommend it. |

We stayed at the 2 bedrooms apartment for 9 nites. The rooms are spacious esp living room and equipped with modern facilities that are required daily. The utensils, plates, bowls etc should be checked to make sure its complete and clean in each apartment. We have to request for it. |

having my own space, self-catering. I needed to work on documents etc and I felt comfortable and secure and had the convenience of a private space where I could work, relax and recuperate in private. Smells in the coridors and staircases were unpleasant... I think there had been an issue with refuse or something. It smelt like a refuse heap! |

The excellent sevice provided by your staff. Sayeed was most helpful. The ability to park our car and have access to the lift to take our luggage to our apartment, (all under cover.) The height of the rail in the wardrobe was ridiculous.. We had to stand on a chair to use the hangers.A hand rail would be helpful when using the shower,]. I slipped when getting into the bath to take a shower. The studio was much smaller than we expected. |

Spacious, clean and luxuries apartment within wlaking distance of the city centre - secure parking ideal - only one thing could have improved it and that would have been a set of keys (plus security fob) per hotel guest, rather than one shared key & fob for the whole party. |

Very quiet, clean apartment with everything you needed for a short stay. Finding apartment by car was tricky. No proper reception area. Had to ring the number on the door to find someone to come over &let us into the building. Bed mattress was of cheap quality, very soft & not very comfortable. |

Fantastic value compared to the Hotel chain options available. The one bed flat was luxurious. A very effiicent cleaning company was used with courteous staff. Small problem in that the bedroom window didn't shut tightly, so there was some noise during rush hour as you're near the ring road. The Leicester Royal Infirmary is not too far away so expect to hear some ambulance sirens at all hours. Check-in only staffed between 3.30pm and 6.30pm. Phone number provided if arriving between 6.30pm and 10pm.f |
