NIce room, clean and modern. Helpful night porter when i had to leave. No biscuit in tea and coffe tray which three normally is at qulaity inns |

I could not get anything to eat after 10 pm until breakfast next morning.I would have liked to have been able to have a sandwich and a cup of coffee at night. |

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Thin walls and noisy air conditioning. The toilet paper was of inferior quality. Window did not open fully.Was under the impression that the hotel was nearer to the aiport, and it was not. |

The room was very good and the girl at the reception was very helpful. The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night - for a couple of seconds only, but still, not what you want. |

We arrived very late as our flight landed at midnight. We had trouble finding the hotel so we called and they were very patient and talked us through how to get there. Describing itself as the Quality Hotel "Luton AIrport"! It isn't actually anywhere near the airport, more in Luton Town Centre. |

Clean hotel with very comfortable beds, very convenienf for the airport. Staff, in the eighteen months I have been using this hotel, are unfailingly pleasant, cheerful and helpful. |

The hotel staff are always pleasant,its close to the town centre.I like the fact that the parking is free and even when you check out your room they still allow you to leave your car there until you are ready to leave Luton. I have stayed at this hotel a few times since it open,it is excellent value for money and I always have a comfortable stay.But I have noticed the cleanliness standard seems to be dropping.Which is quite upsetting.As I have been recommending this hotel to other people.But if the standards are beginning to get poor then I may have to find another hotel to stay at when visiting Luton. |

The rooms were clean and larger than expected. The staff were friendly and it was worth what I paid for it It was not 5 mins from hotel as the website states. It took more like 15 mins in a car |

The hotel is really near of Luton's airport (5 minutes) and the neighborhood is very quiet, with open restaurant during the night The cable TV had only 5 channels |

The room was very comfortable, larger than we expected. They had working air conditioning which was most appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable. There's a wonderful Indian restaurant nearby, about a 3-minute walk. The shower, although of a good, practical design, had a problem with the water -- it was too hot. Also I couldn't get the WiFi to work. The directions to the hotel which were provided on the internet were not correct so we had trouble finding it. The directions provided in the hotel's brochure were correct so I've saved the brochure in case we fly to Luton airport again. |

I liked the tv, heating, shower, I liked the hotel phone, miror, aircondition, lights, The room was small, bathroom too small, the floor in bathroom was not very nice, my friend told me, the towel wasnt big enouge, I didnt like the colour of the carpet in the room, and the chair. I couldnt sleep, the aircondition was too laud for me. Sorry. I didnt see Internet acces in my room, as you advert in your web page, I was dissapointed. In the internet it looks much nicer than in reality. Sorry. I missed small shop in hotel with cosmetics, I had to go shop to town at 11 pm night. |

The room was clean and quiet and well decorated. The restaurant service was quick and efficient. Secure parking was a bonus. Signposting to the rooms was poor. Bathroom sink had the plug missing and the air-conditioning didn't work. |

Nothing the hotel was average. The level of service was very poor. On the first night in the hotel we booked a table for 7.30pm and we did not get our meal until 9pm. The second night was a bit better but no much. We also waited up to 1 hour for our dinks from the bar even though we asked several times where our drinks were. The hotel did say we were very sorry, but we have a coach in as well. If you have a coach party then you put extra staff on. |
