Nice and clean hotel, also has a 24 hour bar, soft drinks price are reasonable
Convenient for the M1 Ample Parking
Thin Walls Noise Creaky floorboard Poor breakfast Quality of breakfast Stains everywhere
Friendly & helpful staff
Location was a bit out of the way. Looks like a hotel more for trade people working in the area. Room tiny.
Walls are like paper so could hear next door on mobile phone and snoring all night. Room was filthy and carpet sticky
It is what it is, cheapest hotel around but nice and clean. Okay area, and nice big private car park.
Bit cold but was manageable
Value for money from local kebab house
General state and cleanliness and thin walls mean poor quality sleep from TV in neighbouring room
The car park was big - can't think of anything else.
Where do i start? I went with my 14 year old son who was competing at a national athletics champioship. He ad his own room and was genuinely frightened by the arguments, fights, swearing, door banging and general noise after 12 midnight. I complained and the girl at reception did come down the corridor and asked one family to keep the noise down. they didn't - I complained and nothing happened. His room was okay but mine stank when i went in - damp and muggy smell. The carpet was dirty, the bathroom had a broken window and cracked tiles. i was pretty disgusting all round. The breakfast was dry and appeared to have been out for at least an hour or more. I had to knock on the kitchen door 3 times for various things: bread, milk, sugar. No one was checking to see if anything needed restocking.
Nice hotel with nice decor and clean
should provide smoking rooms and also quite a bit of noise throughout the night
Location Parking on site
Car park full of rubbish i.e. old beds etc. Curtains in room falling down
the vile stench from the sewers by all accounts it has been like it since march in room 210
Stayed here before- rooms are ok and clean, all facilities. First time stayed on 3rd floor, this time on 2nd
Smell from bathroom ie drains?. The noise from the creaky floor boards on the third floor with people constantly walking back and forth across the 'bedroom ceiling', assume this was from the landing. Will request 3rd floor next time. One older member of staff ( I assume) who loads 2 plates up with Bacon and sausages etc, taking one away with her, causing a shortage of these items for breakfast
Nothing what so ever!
Near to where I was working the next day- the Restaurant up the road was great. Air con in rooms, big tele and tea making equipment.
The carpets are tatty and covered in paint and other stuff!. Generally scruffy in the sense that walls, carpets, windows and the outside of building etc are in need of maintenance. Lots of lights in the room, but only 2 worked, No light bulbs in the lamps next to bed. No plug. Long walk up stairs to 2nd floor carrying a suitcase- no lift? Outside there were at least 50 black bin liners full of rubbish which looked unsightly and old fridges etc in the carpark.
The room was nice
Breakfast could be improved
Price and location close to Luton Airport
Extra demands like extra sheets or pillow were not possible
Air conditioning in room comfy bed good hot powerful shower hot and cold unlimited buffet breakfast Friendly courteous staff Large free car park near to shops and restaurants.
lift not working at time we stayed cleanliness in hallway/corridors
Price (very fair, not cheap) Location Helpful staff Rooms were clean Safe in the room Free wifi Kettle, cups and coffee/tea in the room
Outdated decoration Would expect a bit more for the price but I recognize that Luton is expensive
Broken bathroom window and a wide gap under the room door
Our bedroom was large facing the back of the hotel - the bedding and decorations were good - large tv and great air conditioning
Too many stains on the bedroom carpet and a really big stain on the divan. the hallway was very narrow and tired - needs an uplight and the paint stains on the landing carpet were bad. The bathroom was clean but again needs some attention
Noisy, in need of renovation.
Good location, very good tariff, good choice for breakfast available.
The hotel looks very clean and tidy but it is evident that a quick paint has been the order of the day. We had breakfast at 8.45 and it had evidently been sitting in the warming trays for a considerable time, it was all quite dry.
Price was reasonable. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay.
The hotel could do with a freshen up and a lick of paint. I would have appreciated an information pack in my room telling me about the local area.
I booked this hotel last minute and it was the cheapest/most suitable, so I didn't expect much... but the room was beautiful and clean and the bed was really comfortable. All in all, it was really good value for money. Would definitely use the hotel again.
The breakfast was ok but nothing special (but even though, there was plenty to eat!)
Really nice and friendly staff.
The bedrooms need a good clean and a refresh - carpets are very stained throughout and beds are well used
Smells from drains, faulty door, can't fill kettle from sink, couldn't get a drink at bar when arrived after 7 hours travelling, poor evening meal had the curry poor salad and microwaved naan, undercooked bacon for breakfast
