Renligheden på værelset var i top og morgenmaden var rigtig god og det var en hyggelig restaurante man sad i. Personalet i restauranten var venlige. Personalet i receptionen. De virkede lidt reserverede og når man spurgte om noget følte man ikke, at de havde lyst til at hjælpe. Værelserne var meget små, men eftersom vi kun tilbragte nætterne på værelset, var det okay. Og så var der ikke vinduer på værelset, men heldigvis air-condition. |

Hotellet haft en god designer og han har gjort et pænt stykke arb. men det personale der skal holde standarden har SLET ikke forstået konceptet. Lidt som et slot med en flok bønder. Alt dette er dog til at leve med hvis prisen er derefter hvilket jeg tror den normalt er, men i dette tilfælde hvor 2 overnatninger på alm. dobbeltværelse (20 m2 alt inkl) koster over dkk 4000,- uden morgenmad eller noget andet, så føler man sog i den grad snydt. Det skal dog siges at personalet vare søde og smilende og at alle mangler KLART bærer præg af at det er LEDELSEN den er gal med (eks. så har jeg SJÆLDENT set så rodet receptionsskranke) Et godt forslag ville være at få en ekstern hotelcoach ud til at gennemgå hotellet sammen med hotellets ledelse. Det er få, men grundlægende ting der skal til for at hotellet kunne blive nydeligt og leve op til den designidé designeren har haft. Såfremt hotellet ønsker det kan jeg sagtens komme med helt specifikke forslag. |

Personalet var venlig og imødekommende. Der var kort afstand til Kilburn Park Station (London underground). Udvalget ved morgenbuffeten kunne godt udviddes lidt. |

We booked a VIP room which was tiny and had none of the VIP perks that were advertised. Rooms were cramped and boiling hot. Windows did not open for ventilation and air conditioning was not enough. When we arrived, other peoples dirty tissues, toothpicks and hairy soap was still in our room! |

Was not far from the centre of London. Hotel looked quite nice. I found the staff to be incompetent. My room had a strange smell, which also made my clothes smell. The room was way to hot and the air conditioning took ages to cool the room. The breakfast took over 45mins to come out one morning and when it did, the sausage was not cooked. The VIP room is a con and didn't have anything that it said it would. I complained once about the room and decided i wasn't going to spend my time complaining anymore as i didn't find the staff very helpful to be honest. |

The room was modern and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. There was no milk in the room for my tea and I found the tv a little temperamental. |

the air conditioned is very bad, and you can´t open window, maybe comfortable in winter but not in summer. I will need to wait for acces to my room at 17:00 hours because begin to clean at this time. |

lovely hotel-about 15mins from the centre of london on the tube. stayed in VIP room-wasn't huge but big enough for our stay |

Very disappointed, no comment. Unhelpful staff, accommodation compact, noisy generator coming on around 5am, and poor air quality on the 3rd floor causing the rooms to smell. |

Location for tube and bus links to central London Our VIP room had no natural light. The room, and hotel in general are showing a lack of maintenance. The washbasin tap was falling off (we reported it twice, but still the same on checkout), the bed store door had a broken hinge, the mirror was damaged in the lift, etc. |

room design, clean hotel nothing but there is one lady in the reception she ware glasses. she is not capable to work in this hotel, she must be in hotel with 1 star. also check in time every body should check in at 14:00 There is no flexibility, just imagine the situation !!!! final thing regarding that lady, she was trying to charge me twice in check out !! i hope the management of this hotel read this and kick her out :) |

It is local to my daiughter's home. Having been informed that I could check in at 1.pm as I needed to change my clothes to attend a function, my room was not available,and I was offered a toilet to change my clothes in which I did not feel appropriate. |

Because the Air Conditioning went off with the removal of the room card the temperature in the room was unbearably hot. The shower panel did not have any rubber strip to stop the water from the shower cascading onto the bathroom floor, flooding it. |

The staff were helpful and polite. The background music in the dining room -- too loud. no air conditioning in room working. 1st room by the outside air conditioning/ central heating unit which was very noisy, so iwas moved -- thankfully!! |

Although the Hotel is on the busy London street, the room is well insulated from noise outside. The room is clean and comfortable. Value for money. My stay was in the summer month. The window is insulated and cannot be open. The room was stuffy and hot when get in. The temperature control in the rooms does not work and seems to be controlled by the hotel personnel |

Nicely decorated rooms, good shower and a nice bar to relax in the evenings. Restaurant and bar staff were welcoming and provided a good service level. Excellent wi-fi coverage. Central location, close to bus and tube. A nice pub/bar across the road. The receptionists were a bit uninterested, barely glancing up from their computer when guests passed. Small rooms, more like the size of a cabin on a cruise ship :-). The air in the room quickly detoriorated if the AC was off, and it became really hot. Difficult to find a pleasant temperature. |

modern design.Nice bathroom with nice feeling from bed.It was also clean. The windows were sealed.Not suggested for clistophobic persons!You couldnt open the window.We paid almost 100GBP/day and no breakfast.The room was small. |

Clean and friendly staff Too little storage in room for our stay of 6 days, room very small, bathroom too hot. Breakfast was a bit of a hit or miss - tables not cleared quickly and initially toaster was broken but on last day a new one arrived, lask of bowls and cups etc. |
