Kilburn Station (Train & Bus) 2 minute walk from the hotel

If you are traveling from Europe be aware that the power plugins are with the 3 pin connection, not the 2 pin. (Not really something I don't like, just a hint for travelers to bare in mind) Not in walking distance to Oxford Street, took us about 45-50 minutes to walk there, however I would advice you to jump over at Kilburn Station and buy a day ticket or weekend ticket to save time and also money, the ticket is valid for both the buses and trains. I read many reviews about people saying the rooms were small, I should have made more notice on that, it was surprising how small it was but we liked it, very comfortable and cozy.

We were misled into booking this room, your website said that the room was 25 metres and it clearly wasnt, the bed was not a standard double , it was smaller and uncomfortable for two to sleep on. The kettle for tea was heavely covered in limescale. The whole episode spoilt our trip

I did not feel that with that kind of small room I had value of my money.

I must say the bad reviews for this hotel shocked me some what, very friendly staff who were eager to help and the decor was great. Very modern and stylish. We stayed in room 202 which was admittedly on the small side but had eveythibg we needed. Again loved the decor, also vey clean. The location was great for getting around, 2 minutes from kilburn park tube which is on the bakerloo line and also hotel is straight across from a tesco metro and a starbucks which came in very handy! Would re commend this hotel to anyone who likes modern clean hotels. Finally would like to say a thankful to James on reception for going above and beyond for us, went out of hid way to help with eveythibg we required! Great hotel!

Stayed 3 nights in room 110. This room has window on backside and is located on a very quiet corridor, so excellent room if you ask me. All - like bad room and furniture - is still relatively new and looks atmospheric and ok. However, everything is done with very cheap material and stuff so it won't take long for this hotel to become used/broken/dirty.

Just a few small drawbacks, like remote control of tv was not working, fridge was broken, staff was not so good, but these should be not reason for not picking this hotel.

The staff were very helpful. Nice dining and bar area. Decor was very nice. Convenient to tube line.

The hotel was short staffed for breakfast the whole stay. The bathroom in our room smelled mouldy. Beds were a bit small - only double beds. No bathtub.
