The Staff were friendly

The toilet ran all night The rooms are small The internet connection is like dial up The TV didn't work for 36 of the 48 hours I was there

You held a deposit of £169 as well as charging me for the room, i didnt understand why and now i have to wait 7 days to get my money back??

Hmm it was close to the train station and underground?

On arriving to the hotel we find two american families giving out about the rooms and the size etc... the hotel looked nice when you walk in the door so we kinda didnt take any notice... Until we got our room that is... The room was tiny.. No wonder the poor american family was giving out... Like the room was so small that there was barely room to put our bags.. How would a family stay here!!... So we went to get some sleep on the bed till we hear banging and hammering and some builders looking in our first floor window. Oh did I mention our window was a nailed shut door! We complained and got a room in the front of the building ... which was a bit better ... little bigger but very very stuffy.. Went to open a window and it too is shut solid! Turned on air condition and it didnt work you could hear it but no air at all in the room... That leads me to the batroom ... where the leaking shower left a smell in the room that was rotten.. We had to make sure we had the bathroom door closed tight or the smell would be all over. in short this is not a 4 star hotel as advertised!!!!! this is barely a one star!!!! It has no rooms with two beds... not ideal for families or people of the larger size.. or people sharing.. in short ...no room in the bedrooms.. stuffy and no air in rooms.. windows locked shut so incase of fire at your door you have no chance of escape!!! very dissapointed!!!!

Price could have been better for what was in the room, and the size of the room. No DVD player, not good!!!

It was vry clean and we were able to control the temperature of the room, which was nice on a cold day! The staff were pheomenal and able to answer any questions we had.

A very lovely modern hotel with friendly staff. Some really nice inexpensive restaurants just a couple of minuets walk away. Underground station just around the corner from hotel. Very quick and easy to get to the city centre.

The rooms are very small, though lovely decorated. If you want big rooms in London then you have to pay for it or stay out by Heathrow way.

Second time staying here but not as experienced on first visit. We were in a very small room on the fourth floor.it was an attic room and really only suitable for one person as everything was very cramped.i was very disappointed on this stay and feel I will not be back in the hotel again

The bus stop is right in front of the hotel making it very easy to acces from the center. Also one of the receptionists was very nice and helpful. We had all we needed for our stay in QMH.

The beds are very small, but nothing too terrible.

It was very convenient to transport the underground was just around the corner the above ground just down the street buses just in front and a 24 cab office almost next door making it easy to get around London the staff was extremely helpful and someone at the desk 24 hours. You also had a Tesco across the street as well as an atm and a laundry next door making it easy for longer stays. Would definitely stay again

I don't know if this qualifies as a dislike but I thought the room was on the smaller size but I know that in Europe that is normal

The thing most annoying thing in this hotel was the cleanliness, which basically does not excist in the room. This is a beautifully decorated 4 star hotel but I know hostels around London that are more cleaner. Please do yourself a favour and change this cleaning staff as they seem not to do their job at all. There was dust everywhere, thick dust. We had room 302 - please just have a look at the lamps or the heater in the bathroom. The soap dispenser did not work. There was not water (as in the confirmation stated) in the room. Unfortunately the receptionist was more busy to correct our english into her strange accent than making sure to bring it up to the room as we requested. We came 13:45 to check in but couldn't do so as check in was at 2pm. Not giving the room before is fine, but we could of least had made the formalities other than be put in the restaurant. Working at a front desk of a hotel myself I can only say there's loads to improve service wise. Oh, plus non of the staff we met greeted once.

i liked the location at Kilburn High road,easy to get on bus,underground to get just any were you like.The receptionist were so friendly and smiling every day.

room too small and didn't get serviced until late as afternoon when we had been out since early and resting in afternoon, inconvenient. Menu did not have Asian influence as advertised. Windows didnt open in room and too stuffy.

Location was excellent and the facilities were good. The price was a bargain too

The little things were a bit wrong lights didn't work. The tv lost its colour and was green. Some of the bathroom fittings were lose.

Excellent location tube station down the street which takes you direct to oxford street in 12minutes We also had hour to kill before could.check in the recepionist kindly let us leave bags whilst we found nice little pub down hill for lunch

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel, very friendly staff. On arrival Dominica the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the cheff was very friendly, greeting all the guests at breakfast with a friendly smile. Ania the lady on the bar was very friendly and chatty and her cocktails were fab!

The location wasnt great but we were on the tube first thing in the morning till the evening so that didnt really matter. The nearest tube is Kilburn park, just a few minute walk around the corner. There were very few guests at the bar in the evening which was a shame as the bar has a good atmosphere and the lady on the bar is very nice. We also had a room without a window which was not great but the room itself was very nice.

Room was beautiful with a selection of teas (including herbals), staff were helpfull, tube directly across the road and regular buses to Camden. The room was warm (lovely as my house is freezing)

TV didn't work on the 1st night but we got a complementary breakfast and it was fixed for the 2nd night.

Good value for money. Close to main attractions.
