The room is good and also the toilet. I have been at the Quality Maitrise 3 times in 3 weeks. I have slept in 3 different rooms and I had problems in every one. The double rooms are not so big, I had to share them with my mother who has heart conditions and felt very claustrophofic there, me too. The windows cannot be open and we couldn't sleep with the air conditionaring on all night. Was very hot. The fridges are all the same: very hot cause the temperature in the wardrobes are very high. The day before I've left, I returned to the hotel to pick my mother's suitcase to take her to the airport and the door of my room was blocked. No one could opened it because only the manager can do it. He was far away. Eventually, after 40' a maintenance man came and screwed the door. When I returned, I have moved to another room and the tv wasn't working. The staff was supportive and I got the taxi paid but I don't think I will ever return to Quality Maitrise.

We were misled into booking this room, your website said that the room was 25 metres and it clearly wasnt, the bed was not a standard double , it was smaller and uncomfortable for two to sleep on. The kettle for tea was heavely covered in limescale. The whole episode spoilt our trip

Location was the point I like most of all. Problems with rooms - conditions doesn't work in some of them, in one room bell is always ringing. The staff can't quickly solve problems, for ex. with changing rooms if smth is wrong.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My first room, though facing the main road had double glazing which successfully screened most street noise. The breakfast was good. However, as a hotel guest, it wasn't immediately clear what was on offer: a menu there catered to the general public. 300m from Kilburn High Rd underground (Bakerloo line), Tescoes supermarket and some good quality/ cheap restaurants nearby. My first room had poor ventilation: musty smell from the bathroom on entry, and it was very stuffy and warm. A/c didn't appear to provide much relief- especially as it automatically turned off with the removal of the electronic key. My second room had a building site next to it, and construction work was loud and persistent in working hours. TV didn't have a menu of stations with channels, and it was very slow progress scrolling through the options.

The decor of the hotel was lovely and it was a minutes walk from 2 tube stations-kilburn park and kilburn high road. Room way too hot and tv did not work. Despite all reviews of this hotel saying the room was too hot, the hotel has done nothing about it. Our air con unit was broken so the temperature was unbearable. On ringing reception, the guy acted as if it was the first he knew of an air con unit not working. We did get moved the next day but everyone we spoke to had to be moved, (one man 3 times!!). Anytime we passed reception there was someone complaining about something and getting moved. Not sure why the hotel doesn't hire a maintenance man to sort out all these problems then they would not annoy their customers by putting them into faulty rooms for the first night and end up moving them anyway the next day. It is a nice hotel in a convenient area but they dont do themselves any favours like ensuring everything is in good working order in the rooms and thus avoiding getting bad reviews. This is the first time in my life i've had to get asked to be moved from a room in a hotel and the first hotel that i would not risk statying in again!!

Hotel staff were friendly. Room was clean but very small, and we had air con but was still very warm.Woken up 3 times by the door bell from the next door room. No beer was available in the bar. Was looking forward to eating in the restaurant but it was not open,First impressions were good, lasting impressions were poor.

I saw the reviews and noticed there were 2 main variations: very good or very bad. I think it goes with the room. I took the VIP room and this suited me very well! Comfortable and perfect for one person. I don't know if I would have liked it if I had been with someone else. The bed would have been small for two. The location, close to the Bakerloo tube line and Night bus stop in front of the hotel, was perfect for me.

Located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The tube station, Kilburn Park, and overground station Kilburn High Road are 5 mins walk from the hotel. There are also various buses to get to zone 1 London. The room is comfortable and the furnishing is of a high quality. The room was a bit small and the air con didn't seem to be working well. The room was warm even though the temperature was set at 16oC. In addition, the tv wasn't working but we were too lazy to inform the reception as we were leaving the next day.

Very convenient location..just three minutes walk from Kilburn Park station.Hotel was modern.Great rainforest shower with nice quality shampoos etc. supplied.A Comfortable bed,tea and coffee- making facilities, an empty fridge for guests' use and an i-pod deck if required. Room had a musty damp smell from the bathroom. No basic toiletries like toothbrush supplied (however the hotel literature states that these can be requested if needed) No slippers provided..the carpets were a little worn and stained. Even though the hotel is only 3 years old the room was starting to look a little run down especially the carpets and in the bathroom.
