A lovely breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere homely.
The rooms are not large.
Great location for access to Wembley friendly staff and clean and tidy facilities
Perfectly adequate for the purpose of visit and reasonably priced too.
Parking facilities poor- couldn't park in the carpark or surrounding area on a few occasions.
Loved the location for visiting wembley stadium, lovely people on reception, very friendly. Nice room and liked there was a desperate shower and bath
The bed was a massive let down and I had a very poor night sleep, the pillows were far too hard and hurt my head and neck, I also didn't like having blankets and sheets instead if a duvet as I'm sure the blankets aren't washed between guests, if this was changed I would definitely return.
Location, staff, shower, bed, Wi-Fi
good staff, good location just on the outskirts of the city easy tube routes
Location and helpfull. Hotel's staff are very nice.
It served a purpose & was very comfortable.
Hot summer's day: No air conditioning in the 'non-executive' side of the hotel - no proper fans to cool room (only electric fan heaters could be found - using fan only setting - not adequate)
shower head not fixed properly and blocked filling up with water.toilet smelt feed back.
staff very courteous and helpful - especially the Romanian boy.
noise from street. tv too high to watch comfortably. no plug in sink. telephone not working on 2nd day.
Welcoming and comfortable
Lovely room, friendly staff and location was excellent beside harrow town center. Room service excellent and lovely bar in hotel as well. In general lovely hotel and would 100% recommend to anyone
I liked the location and price of the room.
I didn't like the fact that the room didn't have any fans, it was so hot we just couldn't sleep well.
Staff were very friendly the food was excellent and a reasonable price
The decor was a bit tired and dated although the room was spotless I didn't like the blankets and sheets would of ordered a duvet
The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was only 10 minutes walk from the train station.
We arrived at 3.45 only to be told our room was still not ready. After having a grumble we were all offered a drink on the house which put us in a better mood.
The rooms where nothing like the photos on the web site. Also I booked three rooms and no one was near each orher plus not very helpful staff on area or in general!
The location meant you had to go under a flyover to get to the hotel, the tunnel getting to the hotel had lots of hoodies and druggies hanging around in it, making it very scary to get there at night. The staff refused to cooperate on an internet issue that meant I was delayed in sending some urgent work-related files. They gave me an Wi-Fi code which only worked on one device, I needed another device connecting so I disconnected the first device but it would still not let me in, I rang Reception and asked for another code, they blindly refused and said I had to wait 20 minutes to get access on the other device. I explained I had a work deadline and files that I really needed to send before 5.30 but they refused completely to cooperate, they said they really did not care if I gave them a bad review. The staff were extremely rude in talking to me from the minute I arrived. The room was tiny and on the top floor, bathroom was dated, green bathroom suite from the 70s, the room very noisy at night as the room doors are so close, people coming back at night woke me up banging doors, the rooms on the top floor are without corridors, literally room doors are just next to each other. No lift to the top floor, the location is terrible. I had originally booked in for 4 nights but left after 2 nights as I felt really depressed staying in such a terrible place. I don't normally write reviews but decided to write this one so no one goes through this terrible experience that I had been through.
Polite and very accommodating staff, quiet during both day and night, nice lounge with a skylight, parking spaces.
Ground floor rooms with passer bys lookin in, small shower, no aircondition in the single rooms.
Proximity to Wembley Friendliness of all staff Great breakfast Comfort
The kettle was dirty like someone had boiled milk it.I asked for a clean one which they provided coz I insisted.Air conditioning would have been very appreciated.
Location and facilities
Wifi not good at all.
It was close to the bus and tube stations, and far enough to be in a quiet area of the town. Friendly staff who were happy to help.
The beds were lovely and clean and also comfortable. The breakfast staff were very friendly, although not that organised, sitting us a table for five but leaving us with only three cups. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
We only had three towels for four people. The toilet flush was broken. There was no toilet brush. There was tea and coffee but only two cups for four people and no biscuits. The room was a bit overcrowded with furniture. We found a mars bar wrapper, a pack of cigarette filters and a used cup in our room when we arrived. Looked like a staff ember had used it for a break/smoke break? There were not enough plugs as the obvious one to use for hairdryers etc. was dangerous with switches pushed in. We were sweltering with no air con.
I have stayed at the hotel a few times & the last two stays were in the courtyard. It was a pleasure staying in that part as the access to the outside for fresh air was irreplaceable
