the staff were friendly and they helped with any issues where possible. The appearance of the hotel is very nice aswell the rooms are very dated and old fashioned. Our room in particular didnt have decent shower facilities and was extremely old in decor terms. also it was not very clean at all. |

I stayed in an annexe to the hotel, which was well appointed and comfortable. Possibly because a wedding was being held, there were no car parking spaces available in the hotel car park and I was directed to another hotel's car park 100m away. |

I found the hotel and the hotel staff pleasent and agreeable. The hotel was within easy access to Wembley stadium, which was my reason for staying there. |

The only thing which I liked was the the Fish and Chips on the Bar menu and the fact we could park in front of the hotel. Room was small and very bad organised. Furniture, bathroom and carpet are made in the 70's and 80's have never been replaced. It was cold in the room, and to emphasize on that I was given a 20 year old blanket, thin as a rise paper. |

The room was very good - comfortable, spacious, with a good en-suite bathroom. We left our car keys at reception by accident, and the staff took the trouble to find out which guest they belonged to and rang us to let us know they had them, averting a lot of worry! I met a colleague at the Hotel, to catch up over a pot of coffee, and they tried to charge us a meeting fee of £15! When I explained that it was a social gathering, they claimed the diary that was resting on my lap was paperwork, and therefore we were having a business meeting. Not good. |

It was nearby the Harrow on the Hill Tube Station and Central Bus Station which was very convenient. The first day there was no heating! The second day following my request the switched on the heating but unfortunately only after 9pm! |

The Luxury bedroom suite was superb and the much malined breakfast was good too. The fact that we could not get a lunchtime snack because the kitchen was too busy with a "Big Party" was a bit of a pity!! |
