5 minute walk and 15 minutes train to London Marylebone. The breakfast was good. Tiles in the bathroom floor were loose. The room was very hot. We could not stay there in the evening. For the last night, we got at room in a new building, that was very good.

This is classed as a 3-star hotel but I would give it 5. We had a "standard double" room in the block adjacent to the maind hotel. So many extras such as a Fridge with complimentary mineral water, cd player, king size bed, iron and board, proper Lux/Dove shower gel, not just in the shower, but by the sink and bath too, lovely fluffy bath sheets, tissues, magazines, telephone in the bathroom! There was a lovely wardrobe fitment but as only stayed one night did not use. We booked this last minute as we got late tickets to fa Cup Final. Short walk to undergound train station. Wembley Stadium 2 train stops away. Perfect location. Pricey but it is London after all., On arrival, a member of staff actually took us to our room rather than just handing over the key and pointing to the lift. Nice bar serving bar meals etc., very handy after a long day, so didn't have to trail round looking for somewhere to eat in the evening, Unfortunately breakfast not included in price but could be bought for £12.50

The floor boards on the top floor around room 288 creak very badly as people move around the rooms. This woke me up very early in the morning.

Arrived at the hotel around 7pm, although checking in took a few minutes reception allocated a new person to help find our room. We were housed in an annex of the hotel, a few metres away (past a few houses) the member of staff did not know where the room was located and 8 mins late (in the freezing cold we found it). This part of the hotel was recently acquired l presume (it looks tarty and very cold!) We requested a heater which duly arrived but stopped working after a while.

Staff was very helpful. Good transportation links to London and local shops nearby. Stayed here before but very disappointed with the hotel this time and will not be returning. Weather was very cold and hotel room heating did not work well as room was like a refrigerator. Asked the receptionist if we could have a room change and was informed that the heating would be the "same" as the other rooms. Complained and was given 2 extra blankets and a portable hot air heater. Also internet should be free like most hotels provide but this one charges £10 to use the wi fi internet. What a rip off and will never use this hotel again.

Was disappointed in our stay. The receptionist was somewhat rude when we arrived ad had the impression of hating her job. Price of the room was expensive for what it was. Had a room that was supposed to be courtyard facing which was on the main road. The noise from the main road was loud an we were unable to sleep easily. Not a restful or pleasurable stay. Would not stay again.

Nothing actually, though we stayed at the annex the room is awfully small, didn't at all match the photos on the website. Right on the road so was very noisy. Very out dated rooms with extremely uncomfortable beds. No vslue for money. I believe I wouldn't go through this again.

Very little. You are always confused as the rooms are stretched over three blocks, of varying standards and prices. Even the websites do not clearly state this fact. The rooms in the main block are very poorly heated and distinctly unconfortable during this time of the year. So I had to check out a day earlier.

very friendly gentleman showed us to our rooms, which were in the annexe. Room was large and clean, a little dated but we suspect that the hotel will soon upgrade these to suit the previous rooms we've stayed in but ok for us.

Close to the bus stop and tube line...really the only redeeming qualities. In the Park hotel annex the room was spacious, but faintly smelled of mold. The word hotel implies that it is more than a step up to a hostel. Musty smell. And the fire alarm went off once a day.

The Harrow Hotel was located conveniently for my work in London. The staff were helpful & friendly & the room was clean & comfortable although not in the main hotel complex but 50 yrds up the road. The hotel backs on to a park so it was quiet with pleasant views. The food was good & I would stay there again.Close to underground too. Thanks

I left some items at the hotel and they rang me at home to say they had been found in my room. They are keeping them for me to pick up when I am next in London. Excellent customer service!! The Park Annex is fine and was value for money but it needs some modernisation.

The staff were extreemly helpful. The food in the resturant was excellent. There was ample free parking. It was just a few minutes walk from a tube station from which we could get easily into central London. The hotel is on the main road. We stayed in the annex which was very comfortable but there was a lot of noise from trafric.
