The hotel was friendly with helpful staff, the room was comfortable and clean. My room faced the main road and was extremely noisy even with the windows shut. This is enough to make me not use the hotel again which is a shame because otherwise it was very good. (I did request a room at the back but wasn't allocated one- this may be because I booked a small double room).

Close proximity to the tube. Our room was right alongside Pinner Road (literally just a few fee). It was very busy and very noisy. The room literally shook when buses and lorries went by.

What's to like, oh! Yes the staff were pleasant and helpful. Resturant over priced, who the hell has blankets in this day and age,it's a mediocre hotel in a outer London suburb, it served a purpose. Not impressed, over priced, London prices for a hotel 40 mins outside London,
