The Harrow Hotel  

Very helpful staff at reception and dining room. However, little disappointed with one member of staff at breakfast. Got order wrong and started clearing our table at 9.45 and we hadn't finished. Evening meals were excellent quality and value.

It was a very welcoming hotel.All the staff were friendly and helpful. Its location was really good for transport and shops.

The location is excellent near the tube. People working there were outstanding. Bref I like my stay and I will not hesitate to return there. Thank you

Harrow Hotel suited our needs for this particular week end break

Staff was very helpful. Good transportation links to London and local shops nearby.

Stayed here before but very disappointed with the hotel this time and will not be returning. Weather was very cold and hotel room heating did not work well as room was like a refrigerator. Asked the receptionist if we could have a room change and was informed that the heating would be the "same" as the other rooms. Complained and was given 2 extra blankets and a portable hot air heater. Also internet should be free like most hotels provide but this one charges £10 to use the wi fi internet. What a rip off and will never use this hotel again.

The main part of the hotel looked modern and stylish, but we never entered there untill and only when we checked out.

You are always confused as the rooms are stretched over three blocks, of varying standards and prices. Even the websites do not clearly state this fact. The rooms in the main block are very poorly heated and distinctly unconfortable during this time of the year. So I had to check out a day earlier.

My bedroom was in a different building that was 50 metres from the Reception bulding. Rooms look quite old, although they were comfortable

Good location, short walk to shops, restaurants, tube station. Plenty of parking.

Decor could do with modernising.

The Harrow Hotel was located conveniently for my work in London. The staff were helpful & friendly & the room was clean & comfortable although not in the main hotel complex but 50 yrds up the road. The hotel backs on to a park so it was quiet with pleasant views.The food was good & I would stay there again.Close to underground too. Thanks
