Check in staff and night manager who checked me out were courteous &friendly Absolutely disgraceful smell in corridors - how can you honestly charge GBP65 for this standard I fly some 200, 000 miles/year on business much of it in Asia and have never experienced this. I would be wasting my time writing to the hotel as clearly management would be aware of the standard |

clean, polite, helpfull, as priced on entery to the room temperature was unbearable (inexcess of 100 degrees) unable to open sliding patio doors due to being screwed closed, although receptionist polite said no more rooms available and no member of staff able to help. this possed both fire and health risks. |

The excellent value, great view over the Marina from the dining room and a really good breakfast. Suffers from an odour issue in part of the building - damp/smoke and needs some decoration upgrade. |

I have stayed there 3 times - each time I have paid extra money for a late checkout, but on each time I have been disturbed in the room by hotel staff who were not aware of the late checkout. This needs remedying. |

The view from the room as it went dark was beautiful! The smell, I'm sure this is due to it being on a river. The shower could have done with being a little bigger. |

The hotel was great value for money, was expecting it to be much worse because of the price and the reviews. It had a slight smell walking threw the corridoors but that was to be expected seeing as it was situated on a lake. Our overall stay was great, the room was clean, well equiped and the staff were ok, could have been a bit more friendlier and smiled every once in a while ! |

I arrived late at night about 10.15pm and when I turned into the entrance drove over a raised island in the middle of the entrance. It was unlighted and could not be seen at night. The car, presumably the exhaust although I am having this checked, scraped on this island ( it was about the height of a kerb. Suggest the hotel remove it or have it illuminated or they are likely to receive a compen |
