Quality Hotel Birminghamis situated in Edgbaston and is close to Edgbaston Cricket Ground and the NIA (National Indoor Arena). Free car parking is available.

The hotel has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment of its bar, conservatory and reception area, and now provides a light, modern, open-plan space in which to relax. Wi-Fi is available in all areas with a voucher from reception.

I didnt like any thing about Hotel other than breakfast. Rooms were very poor and shabby, Internet service was not functional, staff was useless (Made some worthless committments that they were not able to fulfil), Worn out towels in room, No Toiletteries other than soap. Overall Very Bad hotel.

conveniently situated for the Clarenden Suites where my meetings were

Breakfast was the weakest point - hard eggs, tasteless tomatoes. Had to make one's own toast with only one toaster available to customers.

Location easy to find

Bathroom outdated , grouting was black , draw's in the dressing table unit where broken, tea and coffee facility wasn't topped up no milk , booked a double room and was given a twin but they did change it , thankyou

The Hotel was very convenient for where I wanted to be for one night. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water. Good value.

The swimming pool. And the staff were really nice and couldn't have been more helpful.

A musty smell in the hallways (old cigarette smell?).

Beds in my first room were absolutely intolereble. After complaining I got another room. Hotel is pretty much run down with dirty elevator door and amaged wallpapers, etc.

The pool, I was also upgraded to an executive room and this was much nicer than a standard
