Besonders hat mir das außerordentlich freundliche Personal gefallen. Besonders positiv ist die Nähe zum Strand und Meer. knarren Fußböden in den Zimmern, sehr laut sprechende Gäst zwischen 5 Uhr und 7 Uhr morgens auf dem Gang, sowie Gäste, die unser Zimmer für das ihrige Zimmer hielten. |

dass das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend war. Ich habe mich als Alleinreisende sehr wohl gefühlt. Zudem hatte ich den Eindruck, dass das Personal sich auch untereinander gut versteht, was wesentlich zu der guten Atmosphäre beigetragen hat. Ich hatte zu Beginn meines Aufenthaltes ein kleines Wasserproblem im Bad, das aber umgehend behoben wurde. |

The staff were very good and so was the breakfast. Ideal location for my business trip. The room i stayed in was clean but the bathroom wall paper was pealing off in several places and the room was next to the stairs that sounded as if they may fall appart as each person went up or down them. This did give me a bit of a restless night and an early alarm. |

the reception staff were very helpful,in giving directions and printing off a map. Would have liked more choice of a cold buffet for breakfast.( rolls, ,cold meat and cheese would have been nice .Not everyone likes hot breakfasts |

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, good location, great value. Others might not like the dated decor, but the hotel is currently refurbishing, so they know about it! Those floorboards have got to go :) |

The staff were all really helpful and happy. The meals were excellent.All in all really good value for money. Room was a bit dated and the floorboards creaked, but for the price I paid no complaints at all. |

the staff were very polite and were always willing to help, the food was very good and the room was very nice. there was some noise from the room above, with children jumping of beds etc, for several hours. the only thing which did upset us was the fact that the receptionist tried to charge us for the evening meal, which someone had charged to our room number, when in fact i had paid cash the night before, this got quite embarrassing at the reception, so i suggest diners ask for a receipt. other wise the rest of the staff were very nice. |

THe restaurant was tastfully decorated and made it feel more than just budget.A very good breakfast for the price. Room was cold. |

Nice bar area with Plasma Screen and Pool Table.. good Restaurant but service was sometimes slow.but food was lovely Although i sometimes got back slightly late, parking was always a problem. In the summer I suspect it would be a nightmare, not really much else to moan about other than that.. |

The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was small but comfortable and quite large enough for one person. The bed was very comfortable and the food was really good. Well cooked well presented and well served. Shower heads are fixed. I like to take them down. |

The receptionist was very courteous and helpful on my arrival, and made me feel very welcome. My room was clean and tidy with all the facilities required, though the decor could be described as in need of some updating. Unfortunately I was unable to log on to the internet, and when i called Reception she explained that the signal was a bit weak in that part of the Hotel.She then arranged for me to transfer to another room, which was a twin, much more spacious and very nicely decorated. I spent a comfortable night, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. The waiters were very professional and provided attentive service. All in all i had a very positive experience, for just £25. I would certainly stay at the Hotel again. |

Turn out to be a very good hotel for the price[ 3star] & at £25 single with b/fast. Only think that i could say is the english b/fast was cold but think it was the hot p/ trolley was not working????? Also it does need carpets replacing & floor boards do need oiling Ha!!!! |

Excellent breakfast, welcoming and attentive staff. I was offered an upgrade from a single to a double room on arrival. Close to Bournemouth town centre (walking distance). Slightly dated bedroom and ensuite. |

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very polite and there was a variety of food to eat English breakfast or continental. Parking might be a problem if arriving late. Room was cold when we arrived but it was warm again next morning |

Hotel Was Clean ,food was good , Staff helpfull on our day of check out we had to leave early there was no hot water at 06:00 and here was warm water at about 08:00, we had to have cold showers and washes. |
