Excellent breakfast, welcoming and attentive staff. I was offered an upgrade from a single to a double room on arrival. Close to Bournemouth town centre (walking distance). Slightly dated bedroom and ensuite. |

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very polite and there was a variety of food to eat English breakfast or continental. Parking might be a problem if arriving late. Room was cold when we arrived but it was warm again next morning |

The hotel staff were really lovely and helpful the room was clean and fresh but the floor creaking on every step taken was a little disconcerning and annoying to say the least!!! All in all a pleasant stay though |

The staff were helpful and friendly and it is in a good location for the beach and town. The dinning room was pleasent. The bedrooms really need upgrading. The furniture was falling to pieces and everything needed changing ! |

My stay was brief (1 night) but very comfortable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Meals were of a high standard. If any complaints it would be the distance into town but that's just geography. Also, advertised on website as providing airport shuttle, the reason I booked it, but this turned out to be a town bus service? |
