Buena situacion

Camas muy pequeñas con edredones cortos. Bastante ruidoso.No habia desayuno continental.

I was upgraded to a double room as there was no internet in the single room I was put into originally. They were more then happy to upgrade me after I told them I needed the internet. I was also able to pay in Euros as I did not have time to change money over, that was very convienient for me!

Hotel says 'free wifi' however I was told when I arrived that this was not guaranteed in all rooms.

the reception staff were very helpful,in giving directions and printing off a map.

Would have liked more choice of a cold buffet for breakfast.( rolls, ,cold meat and cheese would have been nice .Not everyone likes hot breakfasts

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, good location, great value.

Others might not like the dated decor, but the hotel is currently refurbishing, so they know about it! Those floorboards have got to go :)

the staff were very polite and were always willing to help, the food was very good and the room was very nice.

there was some noise from the room above, with children jumping of beds etc, for several hours. the only thing which did upset us was the fact that the receptionist tried to charge us for the evening meal, which someone had charged to our room number, when in fact i had paid cash the night before, this got quite embarrassing at the reception, so i suggest diners ask for a receipt. other wise the rest of the staff were very nice.

Good location, friendly staff and plenty of car parking. Public areas of hotel have clearly been smartened up in recent times.

Nice bar area with Plasma Screen and Pool Table.. good Restaurant but service was sometimes slow.but food was lovely

Although i sometimes got back slightly late, parking was always a problem. In the summer I suspect it would be a nightmare, not really much else to moan about other than that..

The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was small but comfortable and quite large enough for one person. The bed was very comfortable and the food was really good. Well cooked well presented and well served.

Shower heads are fixed. I like to take them down.

Turn out to be a very good hotel for the price[ 3star] & at £25 single with b/fast.

Only think that i could say is the english b/fast was cold but think it was the hot p/ trolley was not working????? Also it does need carpets replacing & floor boards do need oiling Ha!!!!

The room was very dated and the bed uncomfortable. The entire hotel floor borads creak when you walk

Excellent breakfast, welcoming and attentive staff. I was offered an upgrade from a single to a double room on arrival. Close to Bournemouth town centre (walking distance).

Slightly dated bedroom and ensuite.

Food was very good value excellent presentation with friendly helpful staff, rooms were clean and comfortable

Carpets were a bit tatty along with paint and woodwork.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very polite and there was a variety of food to eat English breakfast or continental.

Parking might be a problem if arriving late. Room was cold when we arrived but it was warm again next morning
