We loved our room we had the Ken Dodd room which was fantastic for staying with our little one who still felt she was in her own room as the beds were opposite sides of the room.
Very friendly staff
You can hear what is happening in the rooms around you, showers, toilet flushing, TV, and talking etc !!

Location and food
Nothing was bad

Need more parking space if an event is on
The hotel is located in a great position for the bic, the old fire station and the 02 academy.friendly staff, my room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money 10 out of10.
Im honest, and there wasn't anything I can say I disliked.
Friendly staff. Close to seafront and shops. After a bereavment we just needed to relax. Staff did not bother us, but were there if we needed them. Food was good, although a bit ott if you wanted steak.
The floor in the room was really squeaky and was more evident during the night when visiting the bathroom. There was only one chair in the room could have done with 2.
Location, breakfast, friendly staff. Good car parking and pleasant room, all in all very good indeed.
Nothing to complain about..
nice clean room [ beatles room ] lovely breakfast 2nd stay at hotel would definatley stay again
it was not to far from the sea
WE were not told about the muisc it was all night so we had to put up with it no other rooms left and lift not working wife had to be carried down in her wheelchair by two work men
Excellent location and helpful staff
We were staying in Room 240 (the Michael Caine room) Room was clean but major issues with the plumbing. The hot tap in the basin has air trapped in it and when you turn it on spurts out water and the cold tap in the bath snapped off when I turned the shower on in the morning resulting in a near scalding shower and being unable to turn the cold tap off at all! To be fair when I did report it to reception they sent someone up straight away
location price clean tidy food shower
noisy floorboards not enough parking. needs a 2015 face lift
the breakfast was a good selection and kept well stocked
We were not told when checking in that there was a private function on the Saturday night that meant we could not use the bars and there was loud noise til very late at night. Also there is not as much parking as suggested and we were completed penned in by staff with cars behind and in front of us.
The hotel staff are great. Anything to help the residents have a good stay. The novelty of celebrity themed rooms, menu etc./ may seem a bit twee to some but it works well - we enjoyed looking at the memorabilia around the hotel.
The bar can be used for private events and may be a little noisy but the hotel does inform guests and look after them.
noise from bedroom above from creaking floorboards the end result we left after two nights of athree night break
totally uncomfortable bedroom and bed . Breakfast just manageable.Staff were pleasant.
The staff were friendly, the public areas were nicely decorated and homely and the beds were fab! A really good nights sleep was had by all!
comfort and value for money
shower in our room very poor. could not control temperature.
Room was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and great value for money. Hotel had the fun factor, as it is themed on celebrities. Staff willing to help, and very courteous.
Lovely hotel, good value for money. We were upgraded to "Ken Dodd" which was lovely. Other rooms were quite small, perhaps had not been refurbished yet. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Plenty of room for sitting/drinking in bars and restaurants.
Noise experienced by others in our party, no fault of hotel, just inconsiderate guests talking loudly outside their rooms after function!
The bed is comfortable, location is good enough & the rate is reasonable. The staff is good manner.
The food in Rest is little expensive compare with market rate. The parking space is very limited & small which is not convenience if you want to go out & come back since you might not find the parking space.
The breakfast plenty to eat and good quality, the nearness to the beach -town centre-train station, the cleanliness of the hotel the price the staff-all in all I would stay there if I get back to bournemouth.....
cannot think of any....
staff very friendly food great
everything was great
The food was excellent and staff very helpful and freindly and hotel was very clean..will be returning
