I really loved staying at the clarion. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was absolutely brilliant, and comfortable. I would stay in the clarion again and would definately recommened it to my friends and family.

The food was good. Room very tired and dated. Not the spec I would expect from a Clarion. Nothing like a Clarion in the South. No better than Jurys Inn

Very comfortable and staff friendly. Good food. Good for business trip with all amenities closeby. Able to take nice stroll in the evenings. Good to see you have RTE channels unlike some well know east Belfast hotels. Had to ring for breakfast when it hadn't arrived. Time is limited in the morning.

luvly hotel staff were great especialy bar staff aka janet moffet she was fantastic looked after us realy well !!!!! breakfast was freezing got it delivered to room awfull !!!! went down next morning stil not the warmest...... no toiletres n bathroom bed not made the best worstniv seen in any hotel i stayed in ....but woudnt put me of staying again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, clean and tidy room. The shower, although it was okay, was just a shower attachment on the bath and not a shower cubicle. That is all.

Great dinner, the food was beautiful The staff were a little lax in the morning/afernoon, were brillant at dinner the night before but found once a group arrived in the morning we got lost in the crowd. From example it took 20 minutes to get us a tea and coffe and then the tea was cold, also got orders wrong.

Beautiful hotel, Reception staff particularly friendly and helpful. Room spotless and spacious. Dining room staff excellent. Food beautifully presented and very tasty. Will certainly return. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Staff very friendly, and location to our event perfect, and close to belfast city. Lots actually, bed linen very shabby, holes in the wall in our room, the heat in the whole hotel was over powering. We could not open our window and also there was a space under the outside door that blew curtain in.

Me and my partner had a fab stay at clarion hotel we thought it was really well decorated and very comfortable. We had a fantastic meal and lovely evening in the lobby,we will deff be returning soon .
