Staff very friendly, and location to our event perfect, and close to belfast city. Lots actually, bed linen very shabby, holes in the wall in our room, the heat in the whole hotel was over powering. We could not open our window and also there was a space under the outside door that blew curtain in.

Me and my partner had a fab stay at clarion hotel we thought it was really well decorated and very comfortable. We had a fantastic meal and lovely evening in the lobby,we will deff be returning soon .

Appearance both outside and inside. Breakfasts were good. Room was comfortable and clean. Visiting family so didn't really make use of any other facilities.

I didn't like that my room was freezing and I woke up with a head cold and a stiff neck, I also didn't like how my room had been damaged and not fixed and that the staff wore not children friendly.
