The cosy bar downstairs. The feeling of space in the bedroom. Easy parkingt
The springs in the bed kept pinging. The water in sink did not go away quickly and the same with bath. There was a stain around the sink waste. Too much light coming under the door from the hallway. Despite being half empty in the restaurant we were placed next to a large noisy hen party from Belfast. We asked to be moved. Not a problem, good choice. There was no "Cheese Board" option on the "A La Carte" menus which was a real pity. We did get a cheese board, which was pricey on request. Overall rating 7/10
Room and general appearance.very comfortable.
WiFi service was good but Bit buzz is expensive after 24 hours elapses. Breakfast was adequate but not very imaginative.i went out for it on final day.
our stay was a bit short to comment in detail .Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. we would come to stay again. all the service in bar , restaurant and reception was above par regards Brendan dublin
poor quality bed linen
Nice staff , good bedrooms
Bottles of wine in bed room with collie tag saying drink me for 11.99
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived.
we found the staff very friendly and welcoming and the housekeeping staff where fabulous too .enjoyed the pillow menu and comfy beds and the food !!
there was a strange smell in the bathroom and our room overlooked the bins .
Nice hotel in a picturesque city
The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean wit a lovely bathroom. The girl on the desk that greeted us couldn't have been nicer we were mad feel so welcome. So thank you to Shannon for that. Lovely place no complaints at all !!
Parking was free and opened.
No Air condition
My room was in the ground floor, facing the parking! So I had to keep the curtains always closed to avoid the car lights and to have a liitle privacy from bypassing people. Even though the price was high, there was an extra fee for breakfast. The second day of my stay, I realised that the internet password had expired and I needed to go to the reception to get a new voucher! It seems that the wifi is only for 24hours! And of course, the hotel is far away from the city, so in order to find something decent to eat, you need to walk at least half an hour.
Good food, nice bar, friendly staff.
Frosted ground floor windows. Staff were a little too hasty to try and take dishes and glasses away - but that is a minor gripe.
The room, the staff, the bar and the breakfast.
There was nothing not to like.
Really well set up for young kids. Showed films every evening and every morning,
Pleasant hotel good facilities lively bar and night club, but no issue with noise Staff were very friendly and helpfull
Hi we stayed at the da Vinci last night 16/8/14 room number 114 Robert Petticrew. My wife myself and our two young kids are unhappy with our stay we went to bed at about 10.30 pm but it was so noisy we didn't sleep until nearly 3am noise from the car park car doors banging people singing and shouting it felt like we where sleeping in the car park and there where even cars parked right outside our window one still parked there in the morning we paid £109 for the room we expected a good night sleep sad put us off going back. A bit expensive
Lovely staff, shower like a power washer, excellent location, lovely room, gorgeous bar,
A bit pricey,
overall hotel excellent staff very friendly and helpful
tv stations limited
free and many car parking spaces but really far away from the town centre ~ you need to drive to the centre.
took 30 minutes instead of 10 to walk to the town centre and the streets near the hotel were very quiet. terrible shower as you could not control the water volume and the cold water and the hot water did not mix and you felt too cold and too hot at the same time~worst ever experienced. very noisy all night as the bar on ground floor had extremely loud music. felt cheated by the name Ramada.
The staff were very helpful and quick to solve a problem I discovered with my room, no fuss, no hassle, just solved the problem in a courteous manner Breakfast was fantastic, great choice and ambiance. Bar was was fantastic too, fast service, great selection and very reasonable. Rooms were clean and very well laid out
I had to leave
Room very warm
Friendly staff, good location, free Wi-Fi, average breakfast, ample parking.
Room extremely warm (no a/c) hard to sleep (it was 22-24C in daytime outside, so not particularly hot week), dated bathroom/shower, lumpy mattress. Dated décor/furnishings. This would have been acceptable if the price reflected this. We paid £132 per room per night B&B. I would have felt it was acceptable value if it had been £90 per night B&B.
