On the banks of the River Foyle, City Hotel has a fine restaurant, modern fitness centre and free on-site parking. The 4-star hotel offers wonderful views of the river and Derry’s historic Guildhall.

Good location close to city centre.Clean room although the bathroom was a little bit dated. Friendly bar staff who even ensured we got served food when we arrived down 5 mins before they stopped serving. Nice bar and a good club attached at the end of the hotel meaning no taxi hassle at the end of the night. Club best suited to 30 plus year olds.
Warm welcome and cosy room.Sunday Evening meal enjoyable if basic and limited choice.
bedroom, room 209 overlooked area of kitchen bins and bar crates. As the hotel was very quiet a prettier view would have been appreciated.
the food, the entertainment and the friendliness of the staff
Staff very welcoming and friendly.
Breakfast was average so we did not eat in the hotel in the evening. Music from the bar was loud on Sat night evening on the third floor.
Staff were really helpful and accommodating. Room was comfortable and spacious, I was only there for a few days but felt welcome and will definitely be staying there again on my next visit.
warm and comfort room.
Breakfast is not so good.
Food was excellent.... Staff were lovely.. Shame about the view...lol was in room 111... Door men and night staff were great as well nothing was to much trouble...
The view even though it was unavoidable...
Lovely clean hotel friendly staff and fabulous food.
The staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. Room had all the small things that make your stay really special. Even the corridors smelled lovely and fresh. Will return again.
room was spacious and warm. bed very comfortable. food in hotel restaurant was lovely evening meal included in price. Staff very friendly and helpful.
No herbal tea in the room
friendly staff excellent facilities
As hotel is behind buildings on road signage could be more prominent,it is easily missed
Everything is on site shopping dining nightclub beauty salon
The room was very comfortable and the staff were exceptionally professional and courteous. The food in the restaurant was really very good and the entire atmosphere was very chic and comfortable.
The only negative I can think of is that the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed so the whole bathroom got wet. :)
Special offer price 65 euro / night Friendly and helpful receptionist Quality of the room and its fittings
View over petrol tanks Bed a bit too soft
Staff very pleasant, excellent location and lovely comfortable room.
The room and the bed was 100% up to standard very comfortable nights sleep and an extra hour late check out was perfect! Staff lovely
We were told different things about the food being served and the times, my partner was up and down the stairs three times an no one seemed to know what was going on, we also had to pay £10 to get into the night club which didn't think was right and we weren't giving the wifi password at check in.
Very convenient to centre of city with a great bar and welcoming staff.
The cosy bar downstairs. The feeling of space in the bedroom. Easy parkingt
The springs in the bed kept pinging. The water in sink did not go away quickly and the same with bath. There was a stain around the sink waste. Too much light coming under the door from the hallway. Despite being half empty in the restaurant we were placed next to a large noisy hen party from Belfast. We asked to be moved. Not a problem, good choice. There was no "Cheese Board" option on the "A La Carte" menus which was a real pity. We did get a cheese board, which was pricey on request. Overall rating 7/10
Room and general appearance.very comfortable.
WiFi service was good but Bit buzz is expensive after 24 hours elapses. Breakfast was adequate but not very imaginative.i went out for it on final day.
