Pleasant room and very comfortable bed. Lovely soft white towels.Staff very welcoming and helpful. The water for the bath, shower and handbasin was boiling. Temperature needs to be reduced for the elderly and young children.

The bar was ok to have a drink in with friends, plus, it was available to residents in the small hours. Having booked this hotel nearly 3 months before our stay and us specifying a double room, not a twin, what a major disappointment to be given a twin room that stank of cigarettes and a carpet that hadn't been vaccumed. Add to that, a hen party stopping either side of us, a total waste of money. We spoke to the girls at reception who not only didn't listen but couldn't or wouldn't smile if their life depended on it. Hotels that allow smoking and even have smoking rooms just shows what Ramada are about. Never again for us and i'll make sure I spread the word to others too.

Rooms and facilities were of a very high standard. Hotel bar however was terrible, several fights going on with very 'over enthusiastic' door- men dragging several people out. Room also quite noisy. Will certainly not be back!

Absolutely everything from friendly efficient staff, good food, brilliant atmosphere, great craic, excellent accomodation and service and central location The sign isn't big enough when you are coming in from the Craigavon bridge- think it is a bit obscured as we drove past it but friendly reception staff guided us in

Took money off my switch card as validaiton on arrival, charged me ful amount upon departure and then charged me full price on Monday following Friday stay ... no other hotel has ever taken 5 working days from validation to payment ... could be bank issue but the hotel staff automatically assumed my issue and not very customer focussed !

I stayed there cos it was recommended by a friend but it cost 89.95 for the room which for one person was too much and breakfast was extra. The bottomline is I wont be staying again as it is too much for so little.

They could do with a residence only bar - especially on a Saturday night as it was impossible to have a decent chat with the music etc.
