Everything. The room's were lovely. I particularly liked the seating area, it is an nice detail. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar which was delicious. |

Very helpful staff Beds too small. We had 2 small double beds in our room - would have preferred a single but larger bed as at home we have a large bed. |

The room was excellent, spacious, clean and comfortable I think the dinning experience could have been a little better. Al-a-cart menue but no tablecloths for example? Need to know how to present a 'Blue' steak. Full English Breakfast could have been a bit fresher, warmer etc....... otherwise ok |

The Staff were very nice and helpful. 3 Pounds Taxi fare to the Wall City Center.I can see why this 3 Star Hotel was rated 8 out of 10. No view from our room. No breakfast. |
