Used the hotel only as an overnight stay to catch plane early morning and leave car. Had a meal in restaurant which was very good. |

Good sized comfortable rooms. Excellent food in the restaurant though the bar menu I felt was overpriced. Very good location for travelling from the airport... Well signposted 5 minute drive. |

The hotel is ideally situated with easy access to Edinburgh Airport. It has parking available and a regular shuttle service to the airport We asked for a quiet room and we were allocated a room at the back of the hotel. This was very small and cramped as we had large suitcases with no room to store them. The en-suite was also cramped with a shower which impeded the doorway. There was also a warning that the heat detector was extra-sensitive and the door to the en-suite should be closed whilst the shower was in use! |

Ease and frequency of transport to the airport, staff were also, not just efficient but extremely friendly as well, well done too your staff. Access to internet very sloww. |

Shuttle bus and convenience to airport. They did not answer my email about the shuttle bus, and my room smelled really musty. The carpet was very stained too. |

Close to airport. Comfortable clean nicely decorated bedroom. Very friendly helpful staff. Even checking out at 4am for our flight the staff on reception were efficient. |

breakfast was reasonable Reception staff rushed, unfriendly, bathroom not clean, no toiletries as advertised, mattress hard, duvet thin, room cold on arrival. inadequate insulation near airport, for price paid any hotel would have been better, understaffed, extremely poor quality |

The fact that you are next to Edinburgh Airport with a good shuttle bus - the staff were also very good. The receptionist was very helpful about booking shuttles to the airport and making time recommendations according to how long security would take early in the morning at the airport - she knew her subject well. Yes the soundproofing of the room was poor - I could hear a conversation and the tv in the next room - I could also hear the airplanes but I expected this but I did not expect to hear someone elses coversartion. Also I could not find a switch to turn the heating off - the room was too hot for me and as we were next to an airport I did not want to open the window. However I conceed that in general people like warm hotels. |
