Quality Hotel Edinburgh Airport  

Clean and efficient with a good restaurant. Not very close to the airport terminal but has an efficient shuttle service. Recommended for travellers or short stay.

A charge of £1:00 to weigh your baggage seems silly and does not give a good impression.

Overnight stay due to early morning flight. Convenient transport to airport with minimum hassle.

It was a friendly , comfortable, hotel. Staff were all excellent. Relaxed athmosphere, very convenient to where we were going. Clean, food was very good and everything was just what you want when you are away. Would stay here again. Parking again was very good.

Near to airport at a reasonable price (with special offer deal). I appreciated the fact that the hotel will provide a sofa bed for the use of additional adults (not just children) which other hotels do not. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the facilities comfortable and tasteful. The shuttle service makes access to/from the airport very easy, however booking.com should make it clear that there is a small charge for this ("courtesy" suggests its free).

Price for meals was a bit steep. Spa facilities are always a welcome attraction - particularly if stranded at the airport.

Front office staff were helpful and friendly, however their manager didnt seem very interested in approaching staff.

Room was very hot with no way of turning down the heat, couldnt leave the window open as it there was a fan/machine outside that was making noise. Television was only a small 14" portable tv and some of the channels werent working. Not what you would expect for high price

Very well equipped room with an excellent shower and comfortable beds. Staff at reception desk reasonably pleasant, waitor very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was of excellent quality with lots of choice. Free wifi in hotel is good compared to other hotels. Location very handy if your stay is for the airport (shuttle bus for only a couple of pounds was very useful, no problems with it). Excellent value for money overall considering the impressive breakfast was included in price.

Although we specifically booked a twin room, at first were given a room with one double bed. However, no problem in changing room due to this. If you are looking to stay there for any other reason than in order to catch a flight for example, the location is extremely unattractive. It was quite hard to find, as is not very well lit up at night, and therefore is not wecloming on first impression (in the dark).

Marvellous stay and really clean and comfortable hotel. I really enjoyed the fact that you have 24 hour access to reception, the availability of iron, ironing board and many other facilities in my room I would not expect from any other similarly rated hotel.

Very quick check in. Great room service breakfast with good food.

Breakfast arrived a little earlier than we circled - not great when it's 5am! Room was cold even with heating on full - I think it was because we were right at the end of the block.

At 42 GBP per night it is excellent value and for us so conveniently connected to the airport.

Handy for the airport,

Food and drink overpriced,check in slow, no tv or films as computers went down.all in all nothing to write home about.
