It was a friendly , comfortable, hotel. Staff were all excellent. Relaxed athmosphere, very convenient to where we were going. Clean, food was very good and everything was just what you want when you are away. Would stay here again. Parking again was very good.

Good location and comfortable rooms, has an on-site restaurant. Staff was helpful and friendly. The on-site restaurant cost a little more than I would have like but you are paying for convenience.

The hotel its self was nicely presented, however the room was cold and some staff were not as welcoming as other hotels. The insulation in the room to shield from both noise and cold was inadequate.

this hotel was very good,and suited the purpose for our visit to edinburgh airport.the parking and shuttle bus were good with no problems,staff friendly and helpful. Conclude would use this facility again,and also recommend to friends.

We used this facility for the purpose of staying overnight prior to flying out the next morning which was a more relaxing way to travel. This hotel achieved this and served our purpose very well. It was far better than expected and the food was excellent. Staff were welcoming, very helpful, well informed as well as being very professional. The bus service to the airport was first class service. Would definitely stay there again and would be happy to recomment it to anybody.

Staff at Quality Hotel Edinburgh were very courteous and Carolyn the Front office Manager took personal care. I will strongly recommend to my friends who are travelling to Ediburgh to stay in this hotel.

Q uick turnaround from late arrival at airport, driving into Scotland. The comfiest bed we slept in As in all the places we stayed, the duvet was too thick, and no alternative supplied.

The friendliness of the staff and the fact they brought breakfast to my room at 4:30 am as I had an early flight. The lift didn't feel particular safe the floor creaked when I got into it

Food overpriced in the restuarant and of poor quality but it is so remote from the terminal and such a hassle to get back to the main building for any other choices.You were essentially a prisoner when you got there,soundproofing bad,could hear TV in the other rooms when trying to sleep before an early morning flight.

Staff in the morning were cheery & helpful. Met the grumpiest bar man ever. When I phoned to report the alarm call not being registered was given very short shift by the recipient of my call who then hung up on me. I was polite & only asked for assistance.

I liked the "quality" of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the convenience of the location. It was also good value for money. The service in the dining room was not up to the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Perfectly located for overnight stays prior to flying from Edinburgh airport also a minute away from car parking. Friendly staff, good food, lovely room and the most comfortable bed ever. Would stay there again and recommend to everyone.

The restaurant food was excellent, staff helpful and friendly and the location ideal in transit. The room was tiny, there were no power points near the bed, and the cost was excessive for the facilities. My room (237) was also an extremely long walk from the only lift, which was barely able to fit two people plus suitcases, and there were no indications of alternative exits in the event of a fire.

Enjoyed our trip on way to new Zealand . We had a relaxing stay ahead of long flight . Thank you Dinner costly - portion was small - but it was a tasty meal . Drinks very pricy . Lunch - a very simple sandwich was also pricy

It's very very close to Edinburgh Airport, even so, the aircraft noise was minimal. The check in staff were very friendly. Seemed quite tired in appearance, the bed was quite small. Noise between rooms was quite loud (could pretty much hear a whole conversation between guests in the next room, and on the other side it sounded like someone was playing ping-pong).
