Clean and efficient with a good restaurant. Not very close to the airport terminal but has an efficient shuttle service. Recommended for travellers or short stay. A charge of £1:00 to weigh your baggage seems silly and does not give a good impression.

Professional staff at reception and the close proximity to the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable. On the occasions I have used the restaurant the food is good and plentiful and the waiting staff courteous and attentive.

It was a friendly , comfortable, hotel. Staff were all excellent. Relaxed athmosphere, very convenient to where we were going. Clean, food was very good and everything was just what you want when you are away. Would stay here again. Parking again was very good.

Convenience to airport and car parking during stay abroad Servuce at the bar was poor. There should have been more people serving as they also had to deal with bar meals which took 40 minutes to arrive, but was good when it eventually arrived. Some of the reception staff could have moved across to help out.

Front office staff were helpful and friendly, however their manager didnt seem very interested in approaching staff. Room was very hot with no way of turning down the heat, couldnt leave the window open as it there was a fan/machine outside that was making noise. Television was only a small 14" portable tv and some of the channels werent working. Not what you would expect for high price

Thank-you for not charging me the £20 extra badding charge for my 4 year old son. I think the bus transfer cost should be included in the price of a park and stay package and the driver could be slightly more helpful/friendly at the end of a long journey. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes for another bus when it was obvious 2 were needed.

Convient for overnight stay as we had a very early departure from airport the next morning. Would stay again if the occassion arouse. Staff very helpful, requested an early morning call which I received. We had to be at the airport around 4.30am

Convenient for the airport, quiet, friendly staff, nice clean rooms. I was under the impression that all my 6 day parking was free. It was not un til I arrived that I was informed that it was only one night. This was a surprise to me and also a big disappointment. It is ot clear at all from the booking.com site that parking is only free for one night - or if it is I did not see it.. KW

The room we had provided us with a huge amount of space. It allowed us to settle our girls down whilst leaving us comfortably to relax with tv and drinks etc. Thanks. The price of drink! Woah.

My stay at the hotel was purely an overnight stay due to having flown into Edinburgh late at night. As somewhere to sleep, it was perfect; clean, warm and had all the basic requirements, such as a bed, bathroom, hair-dryer and TV. Very pleased at quality for money, though I did find it very cheap due to a daily offer thanks to booking.com. I have stayed at this hotel before, when flying from Edinburgh and have to admit that I love the fact they have weighing scales for luggage.
