el funcionamiento de la ducha, la recepcion, la limpieza y la tabal para planchar los pantalones (si me pueden decir donde encontrarla se lo agradeceria) tambien en nuestro caso la proximidad al aeropuerto ya que nuestro vuelo partia muy temprano en la mañana el dificil acceso desde el centro de Edimburgo |

I liked the fact there was a couch in the room for comfort, an alarm on the television, a shuttle bus to the airport. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Yes, the restaurant. The pastry of the tart for starters was undercooked. The steak was full of fat and unedible. I did complain about the steak and instead of offering something else they just said at the end of the meal it would be taken off the bill. Did it not occur to them that the person might still be hungry? One of the waiters wasn't too nice neither and he appeared to be the one in charge. My friend asked for a Captain Morgan's and got what was left in the bottle (not a full measure but still charged full price), then told there wasn't anymore in the hotel. I would still recommend this hotel but not the restaurant. |

Free parking Too strictly implemented chek-in policy! Rooms are very small for a family with 2 kids. No ventilation or A/C! Restaurant overpriced and low quality. |

Perfect location for the airport, providing extended-stay car parking facilities, and a good, frequent transfer bus facility to the airport. I thought it was just a little expensive for the standard of the hotel and the quality of the rooms. I thought the food was a little expensive too - probably based on the lack of nearby alternatives. |

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. The front desk staff were very helpful. The walls are too thin. You can hear people talking in the next room. |

The room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The tub was the first I encountered during my stay in Scotland and was most appreciated. The shuttle to and from the airport was very appreciated. Early flights leave little time for breakfast even if included in the price. I would recommend a 6:00 A.M. start time for breakfast, particularly during summer months. |
