Quite noisy through the night re airport customers. But that is the purpose of the hotel so acceptable

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and polite.

Kitchen staff had a problem with the gas so food menu was limited and had to wait 25 mins for a toasted sandwich, also price of room was expensive for what you got.

Booking was easy Staff were helpful and generally friendly esp young man in restaurant.

Difficult to get from airport late at night Costly taxi involved. Too costly for short stay when not using facilities

Room had been recently refurbished, so was smart and fresh. Staff were friendly and efficient. Near the airport, so ideal for travel.

Our room was near the lift, so our sleep was disturbed by people coming and going.

The restaurant service was extremely poor both times we ate there.

Nearness to airport.

Mix up over parking charges. Stayed here many times before and one of the benefits was that your parking was in with the cost of your room. I travel to france to visit my family often and will now think twice as I was informed there was a further £40 to pay. !!!!!

Wifi connection in room was non existent! Very disappointing. When I called reception about it I was told that maybe a lot of guests were using it! This something they should remedy as in this day and age, everyone wants to be connected to the Internet!

Convenient for Edinburgh airport, good parking .

Very early breakfast served in room was excellent. Dining room staff were very helpful and cheery. A good send off after a very comfortable stay. Shuttle bus to terminal frequent; courteous driver who helped with our luggage.

What was not to like??!!
