godt til prisen, roligt i lobbyen, nåede ikke at prøve svømmepølen, den så lækker ud, flot tv på værelset der gik lidt lang tid inden bussen fra lufthavnen gik ud til hotellet. |

Et super hotel med meget værdi for pengene. Venligt personale. Shuttlebus som de venligt fortæller om, men glemmer at fortælle, koster 3 GBP og ikke har noget med hotellet at gøre. |

The room was very comfortable, nicely equipped, clean with a fair amount of space. The small fridge was very welcome as was the ice dispensing machine in the corridor. |

Good quality hotel with modern clean room. The swimming pool and sauna was an added bonus. The breakfast was also plentiful and of a good standard. |

The decor was lovely and the staff (on the whole) were efficient and friendly. We had asked for a twin room and were suprised to have been put in a double room (having booked and paid for room a month before). There was a wedding reception taking place so we had to stick with the double - no others being available. |

Beautiful hotel, very close and conveniently located next to airport, would definitely stay again but don't eat there! We ate at the restaurant at the hotel and the food was like Wetherspoons food (low quality) but for at least triple the price. My chips and peas were undercooked :( |

Everything was average, nothing was excellent. the service was bad the person in charge of the reception, Tori, was unfriendly and not helpful. The wellness center is old rusty and the SPA was out of service. The shuttle airport service is poor even if cheap, as it takes 35 minutes while is just 10 minutes away from the airport. the room was ok. |

On arrival we were advised that there were no "No Smoking"room available and that were not obliged to supply such rooms. Eventually we had to settle for a family smoking room which although comfortable was not what was actually requested. |

Very comfortable modern hotel. It was clean,stylish and very relaxing. The food was very good and the bar. Excellent swimming facilities. Food and drinks were pricey. |

Smart, clean room. Tea, coffee, soaps, etc - all good quality and comfortable. Helpful gym staff, very friendly. With my booking I asked about the airport bus, but never received an answer. Ended up taken a taxi, when needn't have. Also my room was next to the lift, so a bit noisy. |

First room shown to was a tip. Non smoking room stank of cigarette smoke bed had been sat on. Changed to another room but staff not really apolgetic for the inconvienence |

we were going on holiday from gatwick that is the reason we stayed there. It was a lovely hotel and we opted to have dinner in hotel which was lovely. The room was lovely. |
