Et super hotel med meget værdi for pengene. Venligt personale. Shuttlebus som de venligt fortæller om, men glemmer at fortælle, koster 3 GBP og ikke har noget med hotellet at gøre. |

The location close to Gatwick but far enough from the noise. The Bar Food was excellent, especially the Nachos and Curry The Bus service was infrequent (every 40 minutes) but was reasonably priced. |

Our time at the Crowne Plaza was an over night stop before flying out early next morning from Gatwick. For postion and the cost what a good hotel. We did ask for an early morning wake up call at 4am. We got it at 00.30.We called the desk and they said that they would correct the problem & adjust it to 4am. We never got that call. |

The room was well equipped and in very good decorative order. The leisure facilities were very good, and the pool area was very clean. It is in an excellent location for Gatwick airport. |

Bed was very comfortable. Bar prices (especially wine) were horrendous. Distance from actual airport was too far to be classified as an airport hotel. Courtesy shuttle was in fact a bus (not operated by the hotel) and a charge of 3 pounds each person, each way was charged. Bedrooms too small. |

Convenient for the airport without the hustle of on airport hotels. Good service from the front desk and bar staff. The pool looked inviting but we did not have time to try it. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was on one of the lower floors and overlooked the roof of the pool and amenity areas with its collection of extractor hoods and air con. units. Not the best view in the world but ok for 1 night before heading to the airport. |

O/night stay during return to Spain - far enough away from airport to be comfortable and to be able to relax - near enough to be able to have a good night's sleep! Restaurant facilities good. |

The staff are very friendly and the meals (breakfast and dinner) were a good quality. Did not see any reviews of the hotel before I booked, hence the "no" reply below about guest reviews The shuttle bus from Gatiwick runs only twice an hour and I guess I just missed one as I had to stand for 35 mins waiting in very cold conditions compared to where I had just come from. Make sure you have change for the bus too it cost GBP3.00 from the airport to the hotel, I only had GBP20 notes |
