The spacious rooms, expecially after staying in B&Bs for nearly 5 weeks. WiFi should be complementary. We did not use it. Also your prices for breakfast were too high, so we ate elsewhere.

For an expected rate of 200-300 a night to have to pay a hefty charge for items that alot of other hotels are offering g gratis including parking, wifi, and buffet breakfast. The rooms were small and pokey and the bath was too short for both me and my girlfriend.

it was clean 1st room (517) we got the tv didn't work, reported at 8:30, was told it couldn't be fixed so had to change room, at 10:30 we moved to room 315 where the tv worked but the heating didn't (not nice in december) rang down again and someone came and said give it 30mins, even the previous rooms heating was instant, the person who said give it 30mins also told us that they finish at 11pm so that would be why they said give it 30mins so they would have finished and wouldn't have to deal with us again, very poor service, also asked the staff if they could recommend somewhere to eat but unfortunately non of the staff could help as they weren't from england.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza was lovely, we stayed there on our way home back to Gibraltar. There are many restaurants and a cinema approx. 10 minutes walk away. The staff were extremely polite an we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We managed to get our room for approx £80 and it was well spent thank you.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The hotel is quiet. And, I had very good sleep. 1. Unfortunatly, upon check-in I was surprised that I had to pay a large sum of money; 50 pounds per day as a payment-gurantee for consuming any of the accomodations. The funny thing, the fridge in my room was empty of anything. 2. The internet connection was not free, but costs 10 pounds per day. 3. for the price i paid, the breakfast was not included. 4. the room tempreture was not easy to control. the bathroom was always freezing with no control available. 5. the available TV channels sucks. if you you're a sport fan forget about it. but they have some sport channels in the sport bar. 6. the resturant was very expensive, so i didn't try it. 7. the room view was terrible terrible terrible. 2. the room size was small.

Friendly gym, pool, cleaning staff. Good location. Looks really nice. Would go again. We only wanted to pay cash for our room, but front office staff made a point of saying we had to authorise £50 on our card in case we used room service which we had no intention of using and did not want our card used. There then was a discussion between staff as what to do,eventually they relented. If they had refused we were going to go elsewhere. The whole frontage is clean and tidy and looks the part but there is an air of snobbiness, which made us feel embarrassed. On checkout we didnt get a did you enjoy your stay by front office staff.Oh yes, there is a £10 parking charge we didnt know about. £3.50 for chips, food and drink pricey.

Good location. The in-room refrigerator wasn't a refrigerator at all--just an insulated box with a door on it. The tv Channels to pick from were a joke.

We were only there for a few hours on a long layover but the comfort of the bed and pillows were exceptional. The bathroom was spacious and modern and the entire room was quite comfortable. There was a shuttle bus to and from the airport that made getting to the hotel quite easy. The restaurant was very expensive and not a lot of menu choice.

Room Staff badly managed and trained. Poor customer service they didn't know what they were doing from start to finish. Night staff cocky attitude regarding room service menu (sandwhiches as post 12pm). Expected plain ham, plain cheese as requested. Received ham, salad and dressing. Cheese and pickle. It was assumed that we would prefer this option. We were not asked. Much confusion over whether the room had been pre-paid or not.

For an Airport Hotel advertising an Airport shuttle service it is unacceptable to be told by the hotel that after midnight I would have to pay the exhorbitant taxi rate of £17 for a four mile trip especially as in fact the last shuttle did not leave the North Terminal until 12-25am. Further why are the staff unable to help with routine requests to check me in online for my ex Gatwick flight ? Lastly, the buffet breaskfast was appalling !

The second room that we were given was quiet and pleasant. I liked the 'sleep kit' that was provided in the room. 1. Our initial greeting was surly and impolite. The receptionist was very impatient about explaining why she had to imprint my credit card. 2. At first we were given a room that was next to some noisy and very ugly pipes directly outside the window. 2. The price for UK telephone calls was extortionate and higher than any other hotel we stayed at on this trip (which included 4* hotels in both Paris and London). 3. The receptionists were completely unable to give road directions (from Horely) to my friend who was driving to meet us. 4. On the day of departure we were woken by housekeeping at 7:30am. 5. I would never stay here again and would recommend others to stay at the Aurora Hotel which was far superior.

Although I had specifically requested that my son and I should have a twin room upon booking, when we came to check in we were told there wasn't one available - at 00.45 in the morning! Not the best news when our arrival had been hampered by train delays. But the night manager quickly said that he would put us in 2 rooms if there wasn't a family room available - good problem management. Too far away from the station - we had been travelling for 14 hours, subject to train cancellations, platform changes and uncertainty - so it was tiring to spend a further 40 mins going round all the hotels before ours.

Location - easy to find with good parking facilities. Given the £89 rate the standard of the room and other facilities such as pool/restaurant were very good. Restaurant - £16.50 each for breakfast was relatively expensive.
