Crowne Plaza London - Gatwick Airport    

Everything. Since our visit two weeks ago the niggles I had last time have gone. New room - much more comfortable beds. Window could be opened and a/c was working. Top job guys - we will be back.

There was nothing that I had issues with at all.

Quality, comfort, service, gym, pool, sauna, steam room.

Nothing - it is a great place to stay.

The all-round completeness and care for detail of the whole range of services from the quiet bedroom to breakfast to spa to smiling helpfulness of everyone on staff at all times of day. Congratulations. We look forward to coming back.

Can't think of anything. Oh except finding the hotel in the dark. Not the first hotel we've met which is difficult to find due to lack of clear roadside signs - especially at night for a foreign driver.

The hotel is conveniently close to Gatwick airport and provided a very comfortable night after a day's travelling. We were able to select what we wnated for breakfast.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Checking in was very efficient and the staff very helpful adding an extra day to my booking with the minimum of fuss. Despite the hotel being full, and the restaurant too, we got food from room service quickly and efficiently. Will be staying again next week!

Beds very small and very uncomfortable. Hope this was a exception rather then the rule! A/c not working and window was locked. But to be fair with the weather we have been having a hot day was unexpected!

Pool was lovely, the staff were very friendly

The spa is for free, the beds are comftable, the staff was nice.

You have to pay for the wifi and breakfast and it is not cheap. i found a little trash in the room. I reserved a room with 2 single beds and we got a double room. After we said to change it, it was not possible. It is close to the airport, otherwise it is not that good location.

Good hotel in general

Shuttle from Gatwick airport very poor. Only one every 45 minutes (too long) it was late, it didn't stop at the assigned stop, it's not a courtesy bus (you have to pay)

I thought the hotel was excellent. In fact we were only in town for one night to be meet friends but to be honest we could have quite easily stayed at hotel. Restaurant food was divine. Even grabbed a Starbucks coffee from bar on departure day.

Nice and new bathroom. Reminders on the corridors " quiet area, please do not disturb" as many travellers are resting between flights.

Being nowadays used to big double beds, l found this one a bit small, though is the size used to be years ago!

Apart from the bus route all was good our room was a long haul from reception for non smoking but warm and comfortable

Staff were very clued up and were alert at all times.

Bed being too hard and not enough milk and suger in the room, when theres two of you.

It was a. Lovely room. Cheap as booked in advance and perfect for a quick drive to the airport the following morning. Although I didn't really explore the hotel I'm sure if we had stayed longer it would have been excellent for relaxation an food.

Menue was a bit pricey, 2 main courses and 2 Cokes an 1 pud cost as much as a room for the night.

Had the Queen size bed, it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Wonderful nights sleep!

Was charged £10 over my final booking.com figure, was 5.30am and had a flight to catch so didn't have time to argue, they said it was for parking! It felt like a cheap little stunt to pull and spoilt an otherwise pleasant experience, I arrived at 10.30pm and left at 5.30am paying for 1 nights stay and still get charged an extra £10 for parking! Where else would I put my car? Also room smelt quite musty.

Smart, clean and modern

Comfortable, quiet. Very nice health spa. Rooms inexpensive and very comfortable. Food very good for hotel food.

Thin towels in spa, only one coffee straw in room, cleaners put us under pressure to go, restaurant expensive, parking overnight adds £10. Very high internet charges, no bath, only shower.
