Crowne Plaza Gatwick-Crawley

La habitación era cómoda y el hotel bien ubicado, cerca del centro de Crawley y cerca de Gatwick. Esta evaluación lo hago por mi sobrino que pagué su estancia y me dio una descripción del hotel, sus servicios y personal.

La habitación era de tarifa no re-embolsable y se pagó en el momento de hacer la reserva. Hice 2 reservas con mi tarjeta de crédito- una para mi sobrino, otro para mí que tenía que cancelar. Cuando él llegó al hotel, hubo problemas en recepción que no le querían dar la habitación, y luego no le dejaron utilizar el teléfono del cuarto. Eso no esperábamos porque al hacer la reserva y pagarla, era clara que yo pagaba la habitación de otra persona, ya que entregué dos nombres- el mío de la tarjeta y el suyo como el que iba a ocupar el cuarto. Era una lástima, porque le gustó la habitación y el hotel. También pedí el desayuno cuando hice la reserva pero por alguna razón, no fue cobrado.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado para caminar por el centro de Crawley, que dicho sea de paso, el pueblo esta de postal. Aunque no usamos los servicios de alberca y gimnasio por falta de tiempo, si los revisamos y estan ideales para relajarse.

Good quality hotel with modern clean room. The swimming pool and sauna was an added bonus. The breakfast was also plentiful and of a good standard.

The decor was lovely and the staff (on the whole) were efficient and friendly.

We had asked for a twin room and were suprised to have been put in a double room (having booked and paid for room a month before). There was a wedding reception taking place so we had to stick with the double - no others being available.

Everything was average, nothing was excellent.

the service was bad the person in charge of the reception, Tori, was unfriendly and not helpful. The wellness center is old rusty and the SPA was out of service. The shuttle airport service is poor even if cheap, as it takes 35 minutes while is just 10 minutes away from the airport. the room was ok.

Found that the food in the Cube restaurant was a little overpriced for what it was.

Only stayed one night as flying out from Gatwick but found location and car parking facilities ideal.

Very comfortable modern hotel. It was clean,stylish and very relaxing. The food was very good and the bar. Excellent swimming facilities.

Food and drinks were pricey.

First room shown to was a tip. Non smoking room stank of cigarette smoke bed had been sat on. Changed to another room but staff not really apolgetic for the inconvienence

we were going on holiday from gatwick that is the reason we stayed there. It was a lovely hotel and we opted to have dinner in hotel which was lovely. The room was lovely.

long opening hours of the spa. the layout of room and facilltities like ironing and hairdryer, complimentary tea etc.

overpriced food and car park.
