The staff were helpful and the room was quiet so we were able to relax. The elevators were out of order so we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs, if the staff were aware of this problem, perhaps they could have offered a room on a lower floor for convenience. |

The staff were excellent. The room was noisy, building site across the road, even though I asked for a quiet room. Mould on the wall in the bathroom. No curtain on bathroom window, had to turn on shower to steam up window before I could use bathroom, I asked for a curtain but was ignored. Cleaning staff knocked on door at 8.30am which I thought was too early! |

The Location. The room was very tired....paper was peeling off the wall, the hot water was inconsistent, the trouser press and iron were broken, only 1 lift was in operation and this took ages to arrive, we ended up walking up and down 3 flights of stairs. There was also an unpleasant odour around our room door...it smelled like cats urine. Directly opposite our hotel window there was a noisy building site. |

Being able to leave cases in a locked room until hotel room was available. We had to move rooms as the shower was not working, then the next room had no heating, on a 2 day stay this was bad and staff member was a bit rude. We have stayed several times before, so a bit unhappy. |

Cenrally situated with adjacent car oparking facility Room very unsatisfactory Smelled of damp and tiles in bathroom v dirty. Bedspread stained. Only one of three lifts in operation but we never got to use it as it never arrived at our floorHave stayed many times but thias will be the last time. Location Bit outdated, only 1 lift working out 4, had to check out by 11 or get charged £20, bit dark and dingy, room not very clean. |

The Room Service was good The Bar Manager was ignorant towards all guests, there was a smell of cigarettes in our room the minute we walked in there it was disgusting.Only one lift worked in the hotel which was bein used by staff more than guests. Over all would not go back there again |

Nothing. The conditions of the hotel were horrendous. Dirty, damp and cold. The windows would not close - latch broken. Vomit remains on the bed. No duvet covers on the duvets. Rust patches in the bath. Wallpaper peeling off the walls and damp stains on various parts of the ceilings. The lights (thoses that had bulbs) continously flickered. The experience is one I would hate to repeat. I will not stay at this hotel again and will not recommend it |
