The best thing about this hotel is it offers free parking in London. ( the hotel is in zone 2 of underground metro network). The hotel has small but bigger than most central London hotel's rooms. The staff is mostly from north eastern Europe but they are good and friendly. The tube is 5 minutes walk and connects to anywhere in London or outside. Shopping is also good as you have Sainsbury and other shops around. Quite a few affordable eateries in walking distance. The hotel is conveniently located to take a quick exit out of London especially if you plan to drive towards Heathrow or West of England. Overall, good! The breakfast never changed. All 7 days of my stay, it was same. Also the hotel is going through renovation and lots of noise if you plan to stay beyond 9 : 30am in thé hôtel. The corridors are dirty due to the ongoing work but completed ones look very good.

The hotel seems to be going through a renovation starting at the lower levels. The breakfast room and breakfast were excellent, also the staff service excellent. Once leaving the nice reception and bar area your hit by a very seedy lift and carpets along the corridors, although the walls had been newly painted and I hope new carpets will be put in place and the lift refurbished. In my opinion the shabby lift and worn out carpets are the only area that is letting the hotel down. My Niece lives in West Hampstead so I hope to stay at the hotel again. I do hope you can improve on the areas I have mentioned above. Best Regards Jacinta Davies

Staff were great and happy to help. Room fresh and new and even though it was small it served the purpose. Breakfast was great. Room was a little warm and even though there were some renovations in progress, the place was very tidy.

The staff were hard working and friendly. It was clean. It was close to the tube. It was quiet. They are working through refurbishing and decorating (not intrusive or loud unlike a lot of grubby London Hotels). Breakfast had a lot of choice, nicely cooked and the staff were very attentive. Plenty of choice. The price was good for the standard and the area. If you want to go above hostel level, but cant afford the expensive places - this is excellent The wif-fi could be a little slow, but it never failed to work

The hotel was convenient for central London with good transport links. Due to refurbishment the corridors were like a building site. The noise at night in the hotel was alarming with banging on doors and shouting late at night. Not what I was expecting. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. I found the staff at reception area unhelpful and on one occasion rude. I was not asked by any member of staff if the service was satisfactory or could they help me in any way. Disappointing!

Clean, comfortable and excellent location for my requirements. Free computer with internet access. Car park.Very good breakfast. Very expensive, half the cost would have been reasonable. For this money one would expect a decent restaurant and swimming pool. I know its London and hotel prices are extortionate but I've never understood why when restaurants etc are reasonable. Small bathroom and bath uncomfortably small. Not everyone is 5ft tall and 6 stone!

Evening staff were good and efficient when dealing with problems Free car parking There was a lot of building work going on that we didn't know about. We were woken early by the workmen. There was a lot of building material around which made things dangerous. Food was only warm.

On site parking Friendly reception staff Comfortable bed a nice power shower Easy access to the train station Local amenities were good Nice sized tv The light fitting fell off the bathroom wall in the middle of the night whilst I was asleep and upon inspection it was held on with a Nail and some silicon seal and a tiny screw with a piece of rolled up cardboard as a raw plug I ordered some toast for my breakfast which I never received ( I do not believe in chasing after staff when you have asked them) in the meantime I proceeded to have a full English minus the toast 3 cups of tea minus the toast and some orange juice minus the toast.... I was in there for about 40 minutes and still my toast did not arrive The sausages were of a cheap brand and hardly any flavour in them also the Mushrooms were out of a tin and had no flavour.... However the the rest of the breakfast was really nice I also felt that the staff were more concerned about clearing the restaurant than looking after the guests needs hence why I had no toast and my biggest moan is Only four sugar sachets in a double room...

Great location, only one tube stop from Wembley park. Nicely decorated modern room, very clean. Cooked breakfast included and free parking so perfect for our requirements. Looks like the hallways and stairs are being renovated to match the rooms so wires hanging around etc but didnt really bother us. Bedroom walls a little thin.
