All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel quiet, confortable and well located: 3or 4 tube stations from Picadilly and a direct bus to Oxford st and Regent st. Breakfast was good and a very useful free car park if you come by car .We highly recommand this hotel. |

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and functional, bar was 24 hrs, easy access to tube & buses. Free car parking facilities. Bath and shower were fairly small and cramped to use, however they were clean with red hot water 24 hrs. Room was very hot in october, even with the window open. |

Polite and friendly staff, room cleanliness up to good standard, location was great for what we had to do and near tube and train stations. Enough to do locally if you fancy eating out (pizza express) and cafe nero local. Breakfast selection was good and enjoyable food. I will most deffinately be staying again. It made my trip very enjoyable and considering the central location it is very quiet in the hotel and set in nice surroundings. |

The room bedding / and or carpet smelt musty, which was a shame as everything else was very good. |

Car parking facilities and easy access to the London underground. It's a bit old and shabby. |

I liked that the room and bathroom were immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. I loved its location, VERY convenient to other transportation, shops, restaurants, etc. I loved the breakfast that comes with it. Brilliant!!!! I liked the internet access. And I liked that there's a bar and comfortable lounge there. I didn't like the size of the room, it was a bit small, but I only slept there so it was just fine!!! The stop to get off on the train is Finchely, not Hampstead, I wish I knew that as it was a long walk with my luggage from the train. But over all, an excellent experience. Thank you!! |

Now stayed many times, and as ever, a great place to stay. Not a very good veggie choice at breakfast. I'd like herbal teas in the rooms. |

Good location on a side street which was quieter than I had expected it would be and convenient for the tube. Good room size for London and the buffet breakfast was good (would've been great if there'd been an alternative version of eggs other than scrambled!). All in all good value for money I would stay there again. The stairwell can be a little noisy if people are stepping on the strips at the front of the steps rather than on the carpet and your room adjoins the stairwell (which I believe ours did). The room we stayed in was very hot even with the radiator turned off so we slept with the window open (in October!) |

Good value for the money, good location -18 minute to the city center. Breakfast very good, but quite monthematic after three days...Otherwise the hotel offers everything what you need if you spent there only nights... Small rooms /but this is normal in London :-(/, missing vegetable and fruits in breakfast menu |

Room very clean, full of facilities, quality en-suite, comfortable beds, quiet location - hard to believe you are in London. Good bar prices, wonderful breakfast - something for everyone from Full English to Continental plus excellent service. |

The hotel is situated on a surprisingly quiet residential street, although it is also conveniently located for both Hampstead village and easy access to central London. The room was comfortable and clean and had good natural light. The staff were efficient and welcoming. The whole experience offered good value for money. |
