I liked the close proximity to the Tube station. The included breakfast was also great feature. Overall it met all of our needs based on price and location. |

Convenience for tube, and access to London Centre, also Breakfast was superb! Yes, the light fittings were not very easy to use! Switch a light on and others went off! No Air con, very hot!!! |

It was handy for visiting the main tourist attractions of London, and was situated in one of the better suburbs of the capital. The parking could have been better, far too cramped for comfort. |

This hotel was enough convenient to access to the centre of London and Hampstead Heath. In the room, there is a big kettle and enough number of tea bags and coffees. There is a convenient lift. The view from a room is good. Shower curtain is too small. Breakfast is delicious, but I have wanted to black pudding, baked tomato, sunny-side up or over hard. |

The hotel is modern, conveniently situated for Tube,reasonably quiet and good value for London. We particularly enjoyed the selection of fruit at breakfast. Breakfast coffee was poor and only 1 cupful was provided. The power socket by the trouser press in room 108 had a dangerous loose front. The washbasin has lost its plug lever, but this was not a problem. |
