Quality Hotel Heathrow

Being able to have an evening meal in the restaurant. Other than that it wa all good

The address given is London Road, Slough. Our navigator took us to a London Road which turned out to be in Datchet. We then had to phone the front desk to get directions ans at first were led to understand that the hotel was near the Honda building. After searching this area we could not find the hotel so had to make a second 'phone call. We were then told it was next to a BP garage and would not be able to see the sign. We found the BP garage, then found the hotel some 100 yards passed the BP garage on the opposite side of the garage. Then when I entered London Rd. Colnbrook, the navigator took us directly to the hotel (even though we were there, the navigator said You have reached your destination". Change published address to Colnbrook,

Its advertised as an aiport hotel but had to pay 39 pounds on a taxi to get it there from the airport. Clearly it isnt an aiport hotel.

Parking facilities are extremely limited.

Excellent value for the price - better than I expected. The hotel was clean, nice rooms, pleasant staff.

Few other dining options nearby.

Bad bedding.

The location is excellent for Terminal 5 at Heathrow. Bus service every 30mins for 3GBP vs 60GBP for a taxi. Bus to Terminals 1,2,3 a bit of a long route via M4 so allow plenty of time -30 - 40min. The hotel was very comfortable, quiet despite closeness to Heathrow approach. Breakfast included for 60GBP - excellent

Only the hearest tube being Heathrow but the transport sytem caters for this easily, frequently and comfortably

Good location for my business and good value for money in terms of being so close but far enough away from Heathrow.

Convenience to Heathrow with the bus transfer. 24 hr garage opposite was really useful as we arrived late and the kitchen was shut

Unbelievably hot - no AC obviously. Small plug in fan provided to try and move air but not sufficient.

Convenience and ease for Heathrow airport

Booked for a double but provided with twin ! The room was quite clean but the bathroom was quite dirty.

Room and bathroom clean. Excellent breakfast. Competent reception staff. All staff looked neat and tried to make our stay pleasent.

It lacked the sparkle of a well cared for hotel. Lifts were grubby, woodwork on fire doors battered, corriors cheerless, interior glass needed cleaning, and edges of carpets in corridor and on stairs needed a vacuum.

It was near to the Motorway, the room was clean and tidy.

The Bathroom was very small and the was no aconditioning, had to ask for extra pillows. Checkout was too early. I thought that I had clicked onto the Executive room but somehow ended up with a standard double.

A very comfortable atmosphere, helped by the colour combinations. Only a few hotel room doors in each section. The bath.

My wife found it hot, even with the fan on and the window open its' permitted 4 or 5 inches. On our second stay we had had a lot of holdups in our eurostar trip back from Frankfurt. When we finally got to the hotel we went straight to the restaurant from the hoppa, only to be told that the kitchen had closed (we later found that the time was 10.
