    Staff very helpful. Room nice and clean.

    No bacon at breakfast. The room was too hot for comfortable sleep and the window would not open.

    Ideal location. Good for short stay. Comfortable.

    On using the shower in the disabled facility bathroom, the drain was blocked causing flooding throughout the bathroom floor. Surely this should have been checked and sorted out prior to making the room available.

    I was very pleased with the service especially as I arrived in the early morning. Very courteous and polite staff.

    Couldn't connect to wifi! I knew how to but sadly just couldn't get connected!

    Rooms were clean, modern and nicely decorated. Airport shuttle bus direct from/to hotel. Helpful staff and good breakfast.

    Nothing to complain about.

    Clean and tidy

    Staff told us we had to get National Express bus at T1,2 3 so travelled there by Terminal train and it came back to T5. 1.5hrs wasted

    Clean, modern and relatively large rooms. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff.

    Reception needs more staff at busy check-in times. My room had a communicating door which let noise in from the adjacent room - I know this is not a problem in other rooms though.

    I reserved it last minute, for an overnight stay on the way to another destination. There were barely any options available at that time in hotels near the airport. A shuttle to airport - was a convenient option. It does take a bit longer on the way back to the airport, as it picks up people from other hotels on the way. I was leaving at 5 am, so the hotel provided me with a take away breakfast. The room had everything you need, tea/coffee, a nice size working desk, wifi, a comfortable bed, a sofa and etc.

    The staff was not too friendly, I should say. I was a bit upset with a trainee, who serviced me when I arrived: she looked completely disoriented and troubled at the site of another guest.) When I approached check in desk, she told me that there are no rooms and asked to wait "some place". Which is ok, but the way she did it made me wonder who is paying who for service.) I asked how long is the wait and how would I know that the room is ready, explained that I have been up for more than 26 hours. At this point she started to panic and told me that she will find me. When I asked where should I be for her to fins me, she repeated some place, all places are taken.) I was standing outside for a while, as there were no seats available, and when I returned an hour later, she acted is if she sees me for the first time.)) And asked me what would I like to do?:)) aaaaa "Move to another hotel", I wanted to scream. 2 managers by her site did not seem to care. I realize that she may have been under stress, but so was I.)) Manage your trainees is my advice. Over all, that did spoil my impression. I will stay there if I need to, if other options are not available. Yet, overall this is a comfortable hotel. But service really makes a difference, I was not impressed at all.

    At check-in, we were greeted by very friendly and professional people. They answered all our questions and were very kind. The hotel was very clean! We enjoyed having breakfast included and there were many tasty things to chose from!! Great hotel!

    Friendly staff

    The hotel is tired and worn in need of refurbishment. It is ridiculously named T5 as it makes it sound as if it is at Heathrow when it is in Slough. There are at least four HI or HIEX at Heathrow so why call this one T5? The location is not great for Heathrow and on a busy nondescrpit main road which is poor for tourists.

    Breakfast & Wifi was good.

    My bank card was charged pending 3 times the amount of the total cost of the room although I paid for the room in cash and was refunded 5 days later which was a inconvenience. Customers should be notified of these policies before or during bookings

    Clean and reasonably sized rooms with fair price. Has a hopper service from Heathrow T5. Close to a M&S food store.

    1 hour away from anything in the London City.

    On the outskirts of London - near to M4

    Staff in the breakfast area were miserable they didnt look very happy at all, the floor was covered in food (chips so must've been from night before) The breakfast choices were minimal - I've stayed in cheaper places and had much more choice of food and very pleasant smiling staff members.

    Hotel was clean; breakfast was very good.

    A "double" turned out to be one queen bed and a sofa-bed. The queen bed in room 326 was unfit for two people to sleep on, due to the depth of the groove down the middle. We each tried to hug our side, but neither of us slept. I told management they should "take the bed out and burn it!" Definitely not up to the standards of Holiday Inn Express in the US.

    The location, comfort and price.

    The food was awful and so many children that the resturaunt staff couldn't keep up with them and clean tables. Also the advert on the website said shuttle included but it really wasn't. After looking for their shuttle we found out we had to find our own way there, cab or the Hoppa shuttle.(Minor irritation)
