Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T5  

The restaurant

I had taken this hotel by the internet because the offered price was in 54 Pounds for 1 night 1 room 2 beds, to take my next flight early in the morning. When we arrived to the hotel they charged me 74 Pounds.There was no reimbursement of my money. Hotel Highly No-Recommended.

Great hotel, no complaints however very misleading as the hotel really isn't near Terminal 5! And they do not provide a courtesy bus instead you have to pay £8 return on a national express airport bus or £40 for a taxi!!!

Although this hotel is not in a desirable part of the Heathrow area the hotel itself was top class. I can't fault anything. Staff were very courteous Food was very good Room was outstanding, very modern with a very nice clean bathroom and no noise from either within or external to the room. I also liked the secure carpark with security cameras I would definitely stay here again

Just the location, but I'm sure the area will improve over time, with Honda being there and a new petrol station going in across the road.

Fair stay

The charge for any entertainment in the room no radio / tv and £9.99 for an hour or so not economic. Tv for the deaf in your lounges is not enough

The bedroom and bathroom was clean and pleasantly decorated and well designed, ideal for a short stay. The breakfast which was included was good. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

When we arrived there was a queue for booking in as there was only one person at the desk; though after a while more help arrived. The rooms where much too hot for comfort overnight and lowering the a/c controler didn't seem to make much difference. When we complained we were told lots of people make the same complaint.

Comfortable and nicely designed rooms just like a 4 star hotel.

Lack of free WiFi access, even if bought it is useable only on 1 device. We were 2 in a room and had 5 devices to use with WiFi internet so should I pay 50 extra to the room? This is unfair. It is desirable in the 21st century to have free WiFi during a business travel or include in the room price. Parking was also not for free, although there are a lot of places available. The breakfast could also be better with regards of the eggs.

Its nearer to all terminals of heathrow, good parking space. Rooms very tidy and modern, would love to stay again.

Breakfast was horrible and very limited choice. Infact only 3 hot food items.(beans, sausages & scrambled egg) croissant were rock hard ,,,, I hate food section, if have to count this hotel on their food its below then poor.

Great bed and shower. Friendly staff.

Kitchen messed up and left me waiting over 40 minutes for a simple meal. It was OK when it arrived.

they moved us to another room when the air vent in bathroom didnt work and staff were helpful

Great location for picking up family from Heathrow airport

Very comfortable room and pleasant design

Only problem was that bed was too soft

It was conveniently located very near Heathrow airport and for 44 British Pounds with b/f included, quite a good deal.

We have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions, service is excellent and would highly recommend this hotel, there a play area with very good selection of toy's and video games.Hotel is very child friendly.
