Friendly staff, clean rooms and value for money.

Value for money, clean & comfortable, good breakfast

Though it was supposed to be an Airport hotel, it actually is quite far from the airport. and also does not have any pickup and drop facilities of its own- depends on national express services for pickup and drop from and to airport

Rooms not ready as per reservation car park entrance problems room keys did not work and staff new they would not be working staff tried to have me leave the room before time to leave.

Nothing, our one night stay was excellent

we enjoyed our 1 night very clean plenty of space. close to Windsor so we could see our Grandson on parade st george's parade. Thomas was awarded queen scout .in side windsor castle.

We was not aware we could have evening meal at your holiday express.

Bus link from Heathrow airport and low room cost

Room was too hot, very poor air conditioning plus you cannot even open a window which from a fire safety point of view is dangerous and perhaps not even legal. Also breakfast was lukewarm at best, hotel alcohol charges were very expensive and the additional cost for wi-fi was a disgrace !!

That you have to pay £10 per 24 hours to use wifi. A shame!

Location was suitable and the cost of the room excellent.

We found crisps beneath the guest bed. Room had not been cleaned very well in advance of our stay.

The bed was too soft. Breakfast was not a nice experience. Limited to scrambled eggs, beans and toast. No tea.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was included. Room was fine for the night. Only 15/20 mins to Legoland. Close to a Toby carvery.

Having to pay 10.00 for overnight parking. Not being allocated an adjoining room.

Beautiful large modern room with great ensuite.fab breakfast included too.

Pay to view tv(brought our own DVD player and dvd's) so did not use this service. Non opening windows(fresh air would have been nice). Cup marks on table tops meant room not cleaned properly(but this was only cleaning fault).all in all for the price a fab deal!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very child friendly, there is a little Lego area at breakfast to entertain children. The Tratto Italian restaurant attached serves lovely food, very tasty. Family room was large and very clean. Very good location for all Windsor attractions

Housekeeping woke us at 7.55am which wasn't a very pleasant experience. Staff at the Tratto restaurant weren't very attentive, we waited almost 10 minutes to be given menus and weren't given a check back

noise in corridors till 2 a.m and started again at 5.30a.m Number of families staying together in different rooms so lots of door slamming as they visited other rooms!!!!!!!

New hotel, big modern bathroom

Reception are not really friendly (except for a girl named Desire). Wi-Fi internet in such a hotel (for business travelers mostly) should be free of charge. Room was cold, hard to figure out how to deal with airconditioner- no instruction. Hotel staff failed to help with it. TV didn't work properly. Breakfast everyday the same with a poor choise...

It was convenient to Terminal 5 when we returned from USA after travelling all night.

No bacon for breakfast

I was really surprised at the high standard of the hotel. The room was lovely and the food at the hotel was fabulous.

While our stay ,staff was not really helpful ,we were disturbed 3 times early morning,as somebody knocked at the door and one one occasion somebody opened while we were sleeping at 6:00(might be housekeeping ) These things happen on both nights we stayed

No signal for mobile or tablet in rooms at back of hotel but room was changed without any problem.

Room looked very clean till I dropped a pound coin and it rolled under the bed. Having retrieved it plus excellent interest, I was very disappointed to note that the annual cleaning under the bed was well overdue. Parking fee.

The hotel is nice and clean, the room is big, was cold when we arrived and heating works funny - it just heats for a little and then stops, while it is still cold, but then somehow at night it became very warm, we switched it off and in the morning weren't able to hit it. I guess it is not a problem when you travel not in winter. The hotel looks new and modern, we stayed one night as we were flying to US next morning. Breakfast is fine as well, there is English Breakfast, juices, sweets, not bad at all. There is a bus shuttle Hoppa Bus number H5 which goes every 30 minutes to Terminal 5. Now the hotel is a bit far from Terminal 5, around 15-20 minutes by bus, but I read reviews and plan the trip to have enough time. Now if you need to go to another terminal or you are arriving not to terminal 5 ( like us - we arrived to terminal 4), it's not a problem - you will need to change the bus, it's very easy and be aware that your one way ticket is valid for all the way to or from hotel no matter if you change a bus (just don't leave it to the bus driver). We had 4 people who sell bus tickets telling us different things and even that we can't get there by bus and better by taxi, but eventually we took a bus H54 from terminal 4 to 5 and then bus H5 to get to hotel. We paid 16 pounds for 2 adults and kids are free for the round trip while the taxi will be 60 pounds. Also the restaurants are open till 11 pm and there is M&S Simply Food opposite to hotel, so even if you arrive late you are not going to stay hungry
