Room and bathroom clean. Excellent breakfast. Competent reception staff. All staff looked neat and tried to make our stay pleasent. It lacked the sparkle of a well cared for hotel. Lifts were grubby, woodwork on fire doors battered, corriors cheerless, interior glass needed cleaning, and edges of carpets in corridor and on stairs needed a vacuum. |

It was near to the Motorway, the room was clean and tidy. The Bathroom was very small and the was no aconditioning, had to ask for extra pillows. Checkout was too early. I thought that I had clicked onto the Executive room but somehow ended up with a standard double. |

Very handy adjacent to M4 & Heathrow. Friendly/Helpful Staff. Good food & fast service. Ample free newspapers. Car Parking very tight (due to construction activity) Lacks Air Conditioning so room hot/stuffy as unable to open windows sufficiently due to aircraft noise. Did not serve Guinness at the bar. |

A very comfortable atmosphere, helped by the colour combinations. Only a few hotel room doors in each section. The bath. My wife found it hot, even with the fan on and the window open its' permitted 4 or 5 inches. On our second stay we had had a lot of holdups in our eurostar trip back from Frankfurt. When we finally got to the hotel we went straight to the restaurant from the hoppa, only to be told that the kitchen had closed (we later found that the time was 10. |

privacy, a bit noisy, can hear sound of people moving things, using stairs but acceptable. during check out the lift was out of service luckily i just 1 floor up and have 2 not so heavy bags. |

Close to Heathrow Airport, only a few minutes with taxi. Close to Richings Golf Park, just a few minutes away. Misserable and ignorant reception service , cleaning in room not acceptable. |

Convenient for Heathrow. Took opportunity to visit Windsor. Comfortable stay and everything worked and ran smoothly. enjoyed our meal in Brasserie. It was nice not to have to go out to eat. |

Ir was a very cold night and I was pleased the management had invested in keeping the place warm. The window and wall insulation kept the nearby noise of Heathrow aircraft very low, I hardly heard any of this noise at all The designated area for smoking was outside the dining room with automatic doors opening whenever anyone walked by on the corridor: let very cold air into the place and couldn't have been economic for the fuel bill? Ok for summer, maybe not so an idea for hard winter weather |

We got a free upgrade on arrival. We wanted to order a taxi but due to poor English pronounciation from desk staff nearly ended up in Uxbridge rather than at the Ostrich Inn 5 minutes drive away. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait and so informed desk staff we would have a drink in the bar while we waited. The taxi arrived and desk staff failed to inform us as agreed and so we ended up paying a ridiculous taxi fare rate. |
