The first room that was offered to us was very small and smelled of drain sewage - not the best first impression, however, the room was changed immediately on request. |

Central Location, Good price for reasonable room Breakfast was too busy - possibly more staff on duty would have eased the situation - the staff were overstretched and unable to keep up with demand. |

This is a hotel which has got the basics right. It has pleasing architecture and the staff are attentive and friendly . It is a most pleasant place to stay and has an ambience of comfort and security. The interior is well kept and the vaulted cielings are a delight. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and efficient. The room was clean although some of the decor was tired - eg broken handle on warddrobe door . The room was comfortable and the service was good. It would have been nice to have had some biscuits in the rrom to go with the tea and coffee making facilities! |
