Nice looking hotel. Entrance and bar area very nice. Accomodating staff. Rooms functional and 'adequate' Rooms were hot and stuffy. Not as clean as I would expect |

I have stayed there many times before and really know what to expect. Nothing flashy. Polite and friendly staff. Comfortable. Beginning to look a little faded and past its sell-by date. Needs a good lick of paint and cleaning of upholstery in the lounge area. I can understand why as has changed hands several times in the recent past. |

Having only one night to attend an raob gle meeting on the Monday morning I had little time to doing anything other than meet a few friends and have a quick look at one of the shoping area'S. I did not like to see the black mould in the corner of the bath neirther black marks on the bed sheet when I pulled back the top covers. However I enjoyed the visit and thought the food was excelent. |

The staff was helpful and friendly. When we had to wait for our room, the staff bought us a drink in the lobby. We had to wait until 4:30 for our room because there were dozens of new mattresses being delivered to the lobby when we arrived. Also the phones were not working properly. |

There was ample free parking at the hotel. The price of the breakfast was excessive, therefore opted not to have it. Also the front of the hotel was quite noisy as there was an all night bar open ocross the road. |

Good buffet breakfast. Location - next to the railway and bus stations liquid soap dispenser either empty or did not work properly. Since this was the only source of soap for washing this was very inconvenient. Unpleasnat odour on 1st floor landing area on exiting lifts |

easy to book in checking out was quick with no fuss, staff were friendly rooms were clean and comfortable city centre location good. Breakfast not included in room charge and thought price of breakfast in the hotel was high for what was being offered. |

Staff were very friendly The plumbing was unsatisfactory. The radiator in the allocated room was faulty so staff arranged a replacement room. However the radiator in that room was also faulty in that there was air and it needed bleeding. |
