Use of spa and pool and relaxing morning. Not having to check out too early. Tiles on the pool were a bit grubby. I would have preferred not to have children in flippers and snorkels in the pool while I was realxing. |

Room was clean, decor was better than Travel lodge. Reduced price was better than normal rates, which meant I considered it for the first time in 4 yrs in staying in the local area. No digital TV (freeview). Not really interested in Playstations or pay per view TV. |

It was in disrepair. Furniture in the dining room was broken and the seat cushions were very dirty. The carpet was duct taped. The bed was hard. |

the swimming pool and spa were very nice . the breakfast was good the service very good. would recommend. The menu for the evening meal was too expensive and not enough variety , There was no plain english food . |

The hotel is situated very close to the town centre - very good location. There is also a bus stop outside the hotel and a Harvester bar beside it which did lovely food. Handy for East Midlands Airport, Donnington Racecourse and Leicester. The rates were very good and included a buffet breakfast which was lovely. |

Close to Loughborough University, hence we save lot of travel time. Good hotel with decent helping staff, recommended. Lift would have been better, (when you carry lot of luggage or your hands are engaged). |

Satisfied basic need - bed, breakfast. Wake up alarm on television did not work. Would have liked to see a sewing kit provided in bathroom. A few more biscuits with the tea/coffee would be appropriate. |
