5 star service at all times of contact with the staff, checkin , dinner, breakfast and checkout. Nice relaxing bath and King size bed in a quiet room after a hard day of touring around the countryside.

everything is quite new, all the staff is friendly and take initiative when asked something, perfect situated if you have a student at Lougborough university! it is a bit far from the town but if you have a car that is absolutely not a problem

Better quality than travel lodge who market at about the same price. Very nice spacious room for the price and convenient for the university where we were visiting our daughter. Wished I had known about it sooner, I am sure there are many parent who travel to see their children and want somewhere convenient and reasonably priced to stay.

its a very pleasant and well run hotel with helpful staff which creates a relaxing stay. would probably like to see a difference from booking a room with breakfast and deciding to have one the next day as the price works out the same, also maybe a weekend rate when its quieter.

Very close to Loughborough University, the reason for our trip. Very handy location, just off the M1 with easy access to A42, A50 and East Midlands Airport. Creaky floorboards could be offputting to some.

The room was extremely quiet - there were no disturbances or noises from the other rooms. The location was very convenient for town. There was no lift & it was a long walk to the room.

I was very happy with my stay and would highly recommend. Only tiny blip was that I had asked for a room with Wifi but there was a mix up at reception and my room was changed; however I went back to reception and explained that I needed Wifi to do some work and they switched my room immediatley without any fuss. Meals and service were great, room was clean, warm and quiet. No complaints !

We thought the hotel was fantastic and would definately use it again. The family room was the best one we have ever stayed in and the design was fantastic the way that the children had their own space. We would definately recommend this hotel to others. There was nothing not to like it was brilliant

Location is good, decoration in good order. Exceptionally noisy hotel. Was woken at 4am by people walking abound in room above and then at 5am and 6am by people in adjacent rooms. Appears to have no insulation. Will not be staying again!
