Free parking, very helpful and polite staff. Very impressed with the room lovely decor, big bed, powerful shower and nice size room. The floors needed soundproofing when people walked down the corridor and on upper level it sounded like elephants they were very busy when we stayed with some functions on was told to ask for quiet room if we stay again and told they are looking at the flooring. This was the only down side.

Everything, the hotel was superb and the staff were too. The rooms were spotless and we had the best nights sleep ever in any hotel we have ever stayed at. We were really pleased wit this hotel and found the food, especially breakfast to be first class. The reference to a budget hotel, it conjures up images of Travelodge and this hotel is far too good for that. Personally I did not like the colour scheme but according to my wife I have no taste where colours are concerned she thought it was good

I really enjoyed my overnight stay in the Link Hotel. Staff we all very friendly and helpful and I had a very good nights sleep. Very convenient to Loughborough University. I felt that the single beds in the twin room were somewhat narrow for an adult.

Everywhere was clean and tidy, the staff were pleasant and had a conversation with you the rooms are fantastic and a lovely stay. I go the room for £30 through booking.com which was a good price but I wouldnt say the normal price was worth it if I had offers of £30 more I would stay more.

Excellent communication with staff. Clean room. Good size. Constant hot water. Toiletries were of a good quality. TV worked well. Coffee/Tea/Hot chocolate in the room. Comfy pillows.

The staff are amazing! Everytime i've been here they've bent over backwards to do stuff for us! It's also amazingly good value for a hotel with superior quality to most other value hotels! Showers were a little bit variable

Even though we arrived late to the hotel as we were coming from London, the staff was very welcoming and was always smiling. Even asked us where we were going etc which was nice to know that they made an effort!! we would definitely recommend! The only thing i don't like is the fact that the chain of hotels are not based around the London area.

Enormous double bed which was very comfortable. Nice decor & soft furnishings. Pleasant & helpful staff. Some of the grouting between the tiles around the bath was brown & needed cleaning. Also where the handles attach to the bath needed cleaning too.

Friendly reception staff upon arrival. Ie. Joanne The housekeeping staff were so discret and respected do not disturb on the Easter Sunday and left towels etc outside door
