under used areas in foyer ,bar needs draught beer ,car park hard to find from main street

the entrance to the hotel very shabby and unappealing. Carpets very tired and in need if tired and in need if replacement. Breakfast not too bad but the location on the six floor was an old bar area with old wall panelling and the old bar still in situ all dusty and neglected

It was dirty, noisy, uncomfortable, rude unhelpful staff, other guests were roudy and inconsiderate, bed was broken so we had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. In the end we check out at 4am and left.

I loved the view and the nice comfty bed and a nice cup ov tea in the morning

I didn't like the bathroom I had to clean the bath my self to have a shower it was that dirty at the bottom of the bath. And I only got 1 towel that me and my wife had to share wich we should of had 2 but we didn't. But apart from that it was good thanks

Very dated and scruffy decor. Corridors smelled of smoke.

Entrance from street very poor Internal décor very poor, although bed linen was spotless bathroom was not pleasant, shower head did not fit. Hotel just gave a feeling of scruffiness due to age of building

Staff were friendly and helpful. I felt sorry for them having to work in such a dump. The water was hot (to the point of scalding -- no warning notice of course)

The entire building is in shocking condition, has clearly had no investment in it for some considerable time and appears to be in the run down to demolition. The bathroom was particularly sordid with rotting bath panels, ventilation fan not working, jaded mismatched fittings and the general air of a slightly up-market flop house. There was a brown fecal stain on the carpet with its own peculiar aroma. My sons' room had the radiator on full with the thermostatic valve missing. Internal noise from other rooms and the corridor was intrusive. My sons were woken in the morning by a drunken guest banging on their door. A deeply unpleasant, and for the state of the hotel, rather expensive experience.

The location was excellent. The room was very basic but was clean.

The hotel is very dated and appears old. The decor needs done....The bar is very small..

stay here all the time at least once a month i like how close it is to the shops and night life
