Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. No disturbance from other rooms.Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent coffee. Shower was ok but the shower head was spraying from the side and had no adjustment to widen the head setting.Toilet too close to wall. Little shelf space to put equipment out. Soap dispenser required a hard squeeze. Would prefer a pressdown top - losing my grip! |

Post code on rhe website was for the back door and in busy traffic it took along time to find because its such a small door under a big shopping centre sign |

The helpful staff and location of the hotel. Could not turn the heating on and en route to the hotel we had to double check the post code and were given another one so we could locate it via sat nav. |

State of fixtures and fitting in bathrooms was poor and needs upgraded.Access to the hotel by car could be better with better signage in the area. |
