close to the city centre it was too noisy, you can hear the nightlife, might need double glazing! Toilet in bathroom too close to the wall, cold water wouldnt work from shower, room to small, too many beds in room. |

checking out was quick and easy the room was tiny even though it was supposed to be a double, it was dirty, very noisy due to location. Very difficult to find, food was not very good, and no one to help when lost looking for the restaurant. Staff were unfriendly at breakfast although reception staff were ok they were too busy having their own conversation to help. |

The staff and roof top terrace which was beautiful in the morning. The state of the hotel was poor. The wind rattled through the windows because they've never been replaced and kept me awake all night the general decor was ina poor state. |

The hotel was well situated for the city centre and St James's Park, plus secure parking free parking which is very rare in city centres The 70's concrete block which was the hotel from the outside |

Very difficult to find. Main entrance was up a car access ramp to a carpark on first floor. Street entrance was a doorway which was not easily identifiable. Other patrons had same trouble. Definitely not 3 star hotel. Repair works to bathroom looked unsafe as if tiles would fall into bath. All over very shabby. Clean but shabby. Even the painting hanging on the wall was crooked. |

Spacious room, pleasant view, great location. The hotel is nothing like what the reviews say.... Why don't they allow you to bring food to the room. This is ridiculous. |
