The breakfast!!!! The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied containing sanitary towels!! When reported to hotel staff it was emptied but hardly an apology! The heater didnt work. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and have seen better days!! One particular pool staff male member was very unfriendly to my children and ourselves. I thought the customer comes first!!!???? |

Quick check in & out. Good staff on reception. Room and bathroom kept very clean. Food good. Breakfast staff not on the ball. Had to continually ask for things, for items to be stocked up. 2Nd morning came down and had table previously used, nobody cleaned it. Gave us knife and fork only. No side plates, serviettes etc. had to go and get them ourselves. Never asked if we wanted toast. Had to continually ask for items to be stocked up.staff did not seem aware. |

the leisure facilities were good although soom refurbishing is necessary. The location was excelent and we had a lovely stay. The staff were very pleasant and meals were good. Again the whole hotel could do with a little T.L.C. The wine was very expensive which I suppose can't be helped but it did put a bit of a downer on the weekend still the best way around that is to keep off the wine. |

Room acceptable. Breakfast experience poor. Arrived downstairs at 9.30 to find around 15 tables uncleared by staff who appeared to have noone directing them. Not a great deal of food around, and hot food was only warm and sad looking. Subsequent arrivals for breakfast would have found virtually nothing left and there were no signs of food being topped up. Poor quality. Urgently needs sorting out. |
