The price was excellent especially for a hotel with leisure facilities. The Hotel is tired looking and needs modernising (although this would probably mean prices would go up). You get what you pay for!!! |

The hotel staff were very helpful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was in a very bad state of repair. The bath had insects crawling around in it and the shower was useless. I tried to watch TV in the bar but couldn't hear it as members of staff were drinking in the bar and making a noise. |

There was a gym.Staff were polite and helpful - in the main. The resteruant was expensive for what you got. The breakfast selection was not very appetizing. The bed was so soft that I woke during the night with back pain. Two days later my back is still sore.Being asked to pay £5 for 1 hours internet acces in 2009 just isn't funny - it should be free for 1 hour and £5 for a 12 hour period. |

I asked for a quiet room not near any generators. The room we were given was directly on the top of a generator and the window did not close as it was broken. I was charged for two room and had long detailed telephone calls took place before the error was located. This caused me a great deal of stress. |

Quiet and friendly. We just thought that the rooms and the hotel in general could do with modernising a little. Felt it was quite old fashioned but when looked at the front of the hotel online, we didnt expect it to be as old fashioned. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Much cleaner than many other similar hotels we have visited. Range of facilities great for a party of grandparents, adult children and young grandchildren ie swimming, gym, choice of places to eat and adjacent Ten Pin Bowling for family fun. Everyone well catered for. Would prefer a 'no dogs' policy or at least to be sure that they are restricted to certain bedrooms only. Our children were quite scared by 4 yappy snarling little ones we were confronted with in the corridor. |
