Quiet and friendly.

We just thought that the rooms and the hotel in general could do with modernising a little. Felt it was quite old fashioned but when looked at the front of the hotel online, we didnt expect it to be as old fashioned.

we were not informed that the dining room was closed on the last night of our stay bar meals were not to the standard of the food during the rest of our stay

Friendly, helpful staff. Much cleaner than many other similar hotels we have visited. Range of facilities great for a party of grandparents, adult children and young grandchildren ie swimming, gym, choice of places to eat and adjacent Ten Pin Bowling for family fun. Everyone well catered for.

Would prefer a 'no dogs' policy or at least to be sure that they are restricted to certain bedrooms only. Our children were quite scared by 4 yappy snarling little ones we were confronted with in the corridor.

The breakfast!!!!

The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied containing sanitary towels!! When reported to hotel staff it was emptied but hardly an apology! The heater didnt work. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and have seen better days!! One particular pool staff male member was very unfriendly to my children and ourselves. I thought the customer comes first!!!????
