staff were so helpfull and friendly they were not like staff at all just like old friends very polite and happy in their work

Rooms nice, tidy & clean, staff nice but the food was terrible, we booked for full english breakfast every day of our stay but only ate there the once.

Furnishings and fittings are very worn and tired. Refurbishment is recommended.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The room was in a very bad state of repair. The bath had insects crawling around in it and the shower was useless. I tried to watch TV in the bar but couldn't hear it as members of staff were drinking in the bar and making a noise.

I asked for a quiet room not near any generators. The room we were given was directly on the top of a generator and the window did not close as it was broken. I was charged for two room and had long detailed telephone calls took place before the error was located. This caused me a great deal of stress.

Convenient for shopping in Norwich, comfortable bed, room was nice and warm, good breakfast

Decor and furnishings in dining room and room/bathroom tatty and in need of refurbishment. Showercurtains in bathroom and spa area need replacing!

Convenience of location

Food was poor, no choice, only barfood

Quiet and friendly.

We just thought that the rooms and the hotel in general could do with modernising a little. Felt it was quite old fashioned but when looked at the front of the hotel online, we didnt expect it to be as old fashioned.

we were not informed that the dining room was closed on the last night of our stay bar meals were not to the standard of the food during the rest of our stay
