It was indeed clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast, which I had booked for all 5 of us, was good too, ... ... but the manners of the service staff were odd, to put it mildly - not that they were unhelpful, rather they were somewhat crude, and that sometimes came across as rude. Also, our rooms were on the lower ground floor and that was a bit disappointing. |

Room was very clean and wide, but extra bed is hard to sleep. Breakfast was very good. Lift was suddenly stopped, so we were very surprised. |

Perfect location for our needs. On arrival, we were told that no room was available and would have to go to the sister hotel in Kensington. This was not acceptable as the location was important to us. Our insistance resulted in a room there. |

Location is very convenient from Heathrow airport, and also very easy to go anywhere. Booking.com said internet is free, but it was not free. It costs 10 Euro for 24 houres. |

Die ruhige und doch verkehrsgünstige Lage. Das Hotel / die Räume sind sauber und in gutem Zustand. Sehr freundliches Personal, insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war etwas eng, was aber typisch für die schön hergerichteten Altbauten ist. |

Ett litet hotell med charm i trevliga omgivningar. Centralt till tunnelbana och ävenmöjlighet att promenare till de centrala delarna av London. Närhet till parker. Rummen (clubroom) var mycket små, knappt möjligt att mötas. Sängarna 120 cm breda och fruktansvärt varmt. Endast en separat fläkt. Rekommenderas val av större rum . |

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, lokalizacja w cichym miejscu, nie przy głównej ulicy, blisko do dwóch stacji metra i dworca Paddington, dużo zieleni, bardzo czysto. Pokoje bardzo małe (przynajmniej te 2 osobowe), reflektor oświetleniowy świeci prosto w okno, w pokoju od podwórza bardzo ciepło i duszno. Śniadania mało urozmaicone, brakowało mi np. białego sera, ale pamiętajmy, że to UK;) |

Jag tyckte om hotellets läge, frukosten var bra, hotellets personal var bra, många resturanger och pubar i närheten med god mat, bra förbindelser. Väntan på frukost! |

Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en voldoende . het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, als ook het achterlaten van de bagage zodat je nog een hele dag in Londen kon rondwandelen. |

Хороший отель. Очень дружелюбный персонал, который быстро решает твои проблемы (если они возникают). Очень хорошее расположение отеля: с одной стороны близко 2 станции метро и вокзал, с другой стороны очень тихо и зелено. У некоторых номеров нет окон, выходящих на улицу. В таких номерах нужно поставить по крайней мере кондиционер. |

La ubicazione dell'hotel è buona e la colazione varia. Lo staff gentile. La camera nella quale abbiamo alloggiato era sottoposta. lasciando da parte il gusto circa la collocazione, era oggettivamente umida e presentava soltanto un ventilatore! La mattina nel bagno risultava difficile spogliarsi per la doccia! |
