Sehr günstig gelegen, 5 min von Paddington Station entfernt, von dort ist man sowohl mit Zug als auch U-Bahn sehr gut an alles angebunden. Der Hyde Park ist auch nur ca. 5 min zu Fuss vom Hotel entfernt. Zimmer war ok, aber nicht berauschend, die relativ geringe Zimmergröße scheint aber in London üblich zu sein (wir hatten ein Club-Zimmer). Fenster war relativ klein, aber man verbringt sowieso nicht soviel Zeit im Zimmer. Beim Frühstück ist das Personal teilweise mit dem Abräumen u. Neuaufdecken der Tische ein wenig überfordert, man musste tlw. auf seinen Platz im Frühstücksraum warten. |

Freundliche und jederzeit hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und befindet sich in ausgezeichneten Pflegezustand. Lage in der Nähe von Paddington-Station (Züger, U-Bahn und Busse). |

Lift war über den Gesamtenzeitraum kaputt, sind im Lift stecken gebleiben. Qualität des Frühstpckes entspricht nicht 4 Stern.Zimmer für diesen Preis zu klein und zu wneig Komfor. Hotel ist 3 Stern sicher nicht 4 Stern. |

Die ruhige und doch verkehrsgünstige Lage. Das Hotel / die Räume sind sauber und in gutem Zustand. Sehr freundliches Personal, insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war etwas eng, was aber typisch für die schön hergerichteten Altbauten ist. |

Its location was superb, walking distant from Paddington, we were in reached hotel, within an hour all in of landing. Tube station only around the corner, everywhere in London accessible within a few minutes. I have to stay the staff at the hotel, were excellant. |

The venerable English breakfast we enjoyed every morning was very good. Probably on account of the poor sound insulation walls, the noise that occasionally came from the room next door was quite disturbing to us particularly very early in the morning. |

I stayed in a compact double room alone. The room had enough space, and had a big bed, a big bathtub. I could make myself at home. The lift was out of order when I arrived at the hotel. But, of course, the hotel staff carried my luggage up to my room. |

I liked the cleanliness of room, proximity to Paddington Train and Underground Stations, good breakfast and friendly staff. It was hard to step into the shower. |

breakfast was good. Very close to Paddington station, Edgware Road, Oxford Street and Hyde Park. One lady in the reception was very very cooperative I can’t remember her name but she's not tall and seems to be from Indian roots. Hotel room was too small, they should mention the room size as i took a club room. No employee to carry our bags to our room. They didt change the bed sheet and bed comfort ever, even that I stayed 7 nights. |

I like its location near to the hyde park Small rooms and you have to carry your loguge your self plus they refuse to check out 1 hour late but I to say there are 2 men very helpful |

its close proximity to paddington station was very handy and its position on a quiet square ensured it was peaceful. the hotel was very clean with a lovely bar area. a fan was provided in our room which was excellent as it was very warm. the room was very small. |

The reception staff is amazingly unfriendly and unhelpful. We stayed in a guest room in the basement, we could see plenty amount of rubbish bags out side of our window.
