So close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Therefore excellent to reach from Heathrow, and excellent location to explore the city from within Hyde Park. Room was clean and warm. We had booked a Comfort Double Room, which was OK, but very small for two people - more a single room. Bed was 1,20m...space for one suitcase only. The water in the shower took 10min to get warm. We had a room right next to the cleaning lady's room. Was quite noisy in the morning. But all in all ok, especially if staying only a few nights. - Last minus was that we had to wait to b seated for breakfast quite some time, because the space is too little for all guests in the morning. |

The breakfast.and the interior of the room (king size bed, flat screen tv) The room was on the groundfloor - very noisy from 7 a.m until 10 p.m. - not acceptable for this price! |

Close to Paddington Station yet in a quiet square. Reception/bar area welcoming. Bedroom small and shower cramped. Shower curtain stuck to me and I kept banging my head on the soap holder. What is "Club" class about this? The breakfast room was crowded and insufficient fresh food available. The orange juice was hard to press and over sugared. |

Good location. Lift not working during 4 night stay. Additional charge for full breakfast not mentioned on booking. Pathetic continental breakfast.Cramped room made stay uncomfortable.Not a 4 star hotel as advertised, but 4star guest accommodation as displayed on sign outside the front door. |

we were moved to another hotel for a very poor reason.we were travelling with our disabled daughter and the hotel we were moved to was just not adequate it was very cold and dated with no bar and not enough staff |

excellent breakfast and absolutely fautless waiting staff!!! didn't get the rooms i'd reserved, (2 four posters), this was of particular embarresment as we had booked the rooms for our friends birthday!!...the receptionist didn't have the slightest sympathy and was basically not in control of the desk....basically it was a like it or lump it attitude! |

It was very convenient for Paddington station and Little Venice.Charming quiet square. Lift didn't work and we had to climb 2 flights of stairs with no offer of porter. Four poster room a bit tight. |

Its location was superb, walking distant from Paddington, we were in reached hotel, within an hour all in of landing. Tube station only around the corner, everywhere in London accessible within a few minutes. I have to stay the staff at the hotel, were excellant. |

The venerable English breakfast we enjoyed every morning was very good. Probably on account of the poor sound insulation walls, the noise that occasionally came from the room next door was quite disturbing to us particularly very early in the morning. |

I stayed in a compact double room alone. The room had enough space, and had a big bed, a big bathtub. I could make myself at home. The lift was out of order when I arrived at the hotel. But, of course, the hotel staff carried my luggage up to my room. |

breakfast was good. Very close to Paddington station, Edgware Road, Oxford Street and Hyde Park. One lady in the reception was very very cooperative I can’t remember her name but she's not tall and seems to be from Indian roots. Hotel room was too small, they should mention the room size as i took a club room. No employee to carry our bags to our room. They didt change the bed sheet and bed comfort ever, even that I stayed 7 nights. |
