Quality Crown Hotel Hyde Park    

The location is very convenient to Paddington Station and locations including Royal Albert Hall, Kenningston Palace, and the V&A Museum. The breakfast buffet was very good.

We had some difficulties with the television that required several calls to the main desk before it was resolved. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We were staying on the ground floor near the street & it was too noisy from the street & people passing by our room. Small room & narrow corridors, could barely open our suitcase Don't knw how we could have brought out child for the trip Stairs to dining area a wee bit precarious

Small breakfast room can mean long delays to eat, not good if in a hurry. Thin bath towels.

Should never be given 4 stars, no mini fridge, small room with twin beds pushed together , hot and uncomfortable

Triple room which was too small for three people with a tiny en suite. Un acceptable for a 4 star????. Bar which was closed every night and a very greasy english breakfast . This was not a 4 star quality hotel . The room was a double at best so if you advertise a triple room it should be a triple room. I would like my money back as this was a terrible hotel and it ruined my weekend

We liked the close proximity to Paddington Station,we were catching the Heathrow express the next day as we were flying to Australia, the room was very comfortable but on the small side - it was a triple room. Pavlina one of the receptionists was very helpful.

the cost of the wifi, lack of flexibility from other staff - I had asked for a late checkout and to be advised of any cost. When we checked in I asked again to be told 12 was the latest for checking out. Asking the other receptionist we were told late checkout was 25 pounds per hour, which we decided to do.

Very helpful staff. Well prepared food for breakfast and plenty of it. Room was clean, furnishings in good order, bed comfortable. We'd give it 9/10.

Room 206: Shower was fixed to wall and difficult for a short person to control and use. Despite out best efforts with the shower curtain water still ended up on the floor. We suggest that most people would prefer a proper shower and no bath. Such a change would also save on water and heating costs.

Shared a triple room with 2 others. They were spacious rooms. Location was excellent.

THere was NO hot water for showers in morning or evening!!! 4 days with cold showers was very disappointing. Staff were very unhelpful about it. Wasn't even offered a cup of coffee.

The Hot Water Boiler System broke down during our stay

the location was good and the bedroom was a nice room

No hot water for two days out of the three. Other guests had the same problem. the hot tap handle for the shower was broken and despite two requests to repair it no one did anything about it.

Exceptionally friendly staff and very good full english breakfast.

There was nothing to dislike, we have stayed in lots of London hotels and this compares with the best.
